"Let me start with a positive. The location of the hotel in proximity to the Haram is unparalleled. I traveled with my elderly mother and I wanted to make sure we got something close. It is hands-down the best location. It is definitely worth paying a little more and getting a room with a Haram view. The hotel itself is outdated. We opted to buy the breakfast package and was very disappointed. There are plenty of places to eat around and I would not recommend buying the breakfast package. The...

"We stayed at this hotel while we performed our Umrah from 4th til 9th April. It is a lovely hotel: the rooms are spacious and clean, the service was efficient, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of different dishes to choose from. The buggy and shuttle service from and to the haram shareef are very convenient. The staff are friendly and very helpful especially Abu Tayab.
