The location is close enough to downtown to be about a 20 minute walk, but set in a quiet location where you can relax after going to the bars at night. Clean property, comfortable beds, and enough space for our group at a more than affordable price :)

Perfect location and excellent rest

We really needed somewhere to house a group of 7 that was close to where we were visiting in Savannah. It ls close to everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable. Plenty of towels for showers. And a decent sized kitchen for making our own meals. I highly recommend staying here!

Stay cation

As someone who is from Savannah this place was perfect for what we wanted! It was not even a 2 minute walk to Forsyth where we checked out the farmers market and laid out all day enjoying the weather. The host was extremely accommodating and answered any and all questions. It was actually even a lot bigger than the pictures showed. It could use a little revamping in certain areas but overall would definitely stay here again!!

Overall A Great Property for Price

We were on a girls trip and a little weary after reading previous reviews because previous comments stated that they wouldn't recommend for females traveling alone. We never felt at all unsafe or out of place as females traveling alone. Overall we had a great stay, place was clean and well taken care of. Especially for the price point. It's obviously an older builder that was revamped into a rental property. The place that we rented from obviously took the last reviews constructive criticism well because luggage racks were placed in each room as well as extra blankets and towels. Any questions I had were pretty immediately responded to. Emily with the place that owns and manages the rental property was very respectful and professional from the interactions I had with her. Overall, would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start with the few positives of this review before launching into the multiple negatives: the listing was clean and close to Forsyth Park.It was advertised as a 3 bedroom and sleeps 8, but only 4 towels were provided, there was not enough seating for more than 4 people in both the kitchen and the living room. It was obvious no one vetted the site, checking out the beds – which were uncomfortable, had sheets and a “coverlet” but the blankets were actually blankets provided on an airplane, not big enough to cover the bed and only 2 were provided. There were no closets in the facility, no dressers in the bedrooms, not even a chair or luggage rack to put a suitcase on. The bedrooms contained 2 sets of electrical outlets with only one set working, which was used for the bedroom light and clock, so one had to be unplugged to charge a phone. The bathrooms had no outlets, which is not in compliance with Georgia building code. One of the bathrooms had a dark blue shower curtain with no light above the shower, so the options were to shower in the dark or not use the curtain. The ceiling fan was so loud it sounded like an alarm going off. The water in the back bathroom smelled like sulfur for both the sinks and the shower. This bathroom also held the water tank and washer/dryer, so it felt like a utility room. The site was obviously a converted building with cinderblock walls, near a corner bar whose patrons used the alley side of the location to urinate. The neighborhood was fair; I would not recommend it for families or females traveling alone. The listing also advertised off-street parking, but the parking signs in the alley were for other properties. I did try to reach out to the rental management to confirm the dedicated parking for this rental but never received a call back.

Kitchen was fully equipped. Very close to Forsyth Park and tourist areas. Very clean. The rooms were darker than appeared in the photos. Host was very helpful with any questions we had. The beds were very soft, but I need a very firm mattress. Other than that if was a great price.

Very comprehensive in terms of what is provided, everything we needed was available. While it was not modern, could use some updating, everything was usable and clean. Felt like a home. Enjoyed morning walks through the neighborhood.

Great 25th Birthday

I come down here every year for my birthday! This year was just as great. Great communication with the property manager, and there was a quickness to solving the few problems we had (when we got in, the AC wasn’t working but a maintenance man was sent out to help quickly and he even bought us some fans!) It was a great place to stay.

Family vacation

Brother and wife and sister from Utah came to visit. Brought them down to see the town. Place was nice and cozy. Mirrors were all for taller guests. Maybe a list of places and sites to see, so we have something besides social media.
