Great weekend getaway

Upon arriving there were a couple of issues with the unit we rented but the management company made it right by putting us in another unit. It was nice and clean. The location was great. The parking was really tight, though.

We love staying at your place! The location is perfect. The condo is clean and having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked out perfectly. We will definitely be back!

Everything was pretty good. Can’t complain I would recommend the rails near the bedroom doors need to be secured. Otherwise we had a great stay

Great condo, spacious and clean. Excellent location, short walk to the beach and restaurants. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Do not bring a big car!

Great spot!

The apartment was better than expected. AC was nice and cold, upgraded kitchen appliances. Very close to the beach and the resort style pool. It is perfectly located 1 block from the hustle and bustle of tybee. The only drawback we found was parking. It was great to be under the building but there was a fence lining the road that made extremly difficult to get in and out, but we didn't leave much because of the amazing location.

Elevator does not work/still a wonderful place to stay

My family and I stayed off and on for a month. Great location for access to shops, restaurants, and beach. My only complaint would be the elevator not working the entire stay. My in-laws stayed a few nights and as they are older, had difficulties going up and down 3 flights of stairs. I may would have reconsidered this option if I knew the elevator was down. I think this should be posted if the elevator is not working as it appears others reported online that the elevator was down. Just something nice to know ahead of time. Other than that minor issue, we had a wonderful stay. Communication was great as well.

What a cute place!

The rental company, Southern Belle Tybee, was awesome to work with from the beginning! Communication was clear, and they quickly answered my questions. We loved this condo and its location! It was clean, and the two king beds were comfortable. You can see the ocean from the two porches. We did simple meal prep in the kitchen. The condo is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars! My message to the condo owners is that it is time to take a few days and give this condo a little TLC. It's had a hard, fun summer. Cabinet hinges are loose in the kitchen. The corner cabinet in the kitchen barely turns without great effort. There is peeling paint in both bathrooms. The couch (with pullout bed) has cushions that sank lower each time we sat on it. Another chair in the great room has a bent leg. These are small things that didn't deter our fun, but they need attention. Yes- we would stay there again! We didn't use the pool, but it is just down the street from this unit and looked very nice. Thanks for a great Mother/Daughter getaway!

Everything was great; outside of the fact, that it wasn’t listed that the elevator wasn’t working. When contacting the property, they mentioned that elevator wasn’t listed as an amenity and has been out of order for some time. While that is accurate, it should have been disclosed especially because our condo was on the top floor.

Great Tybee Week

Loved this property. It was spacious, clean, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach and the pier. My favorite place, while in the condo, was on the large, private porch!

Perfect location, nicely updated

While the property in general is a little older, this unit has been well maintained and updated nicely. The location was perfect for us as we didn’t have to get in the car for anything until it was time to come home. Really enjoyed our stay.
