Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy

The hostess was great. VRBO was trying to communicate with me but I couldn't access the info. It kept requiring a 4 diget code. When I clicked to recieve the code off an email the text with the access code it never came. I called VRBO and they never fixed it. The hostess sent it to me or the stay would have been a disaster.
