“This property was located in a very quiet neighborhood and was very safe. The owners were responsive to our concerns and made sure we were comfortable. The condition of the property itself was ok. The shower has a window that the neighbors can see into, so be prepared for that. There were lots of broken blinds on the windows and it was very obvious the owners were not sinking money into the property to keep it up. The bed linens were dirty, but the owners gave me the closet code to gain access……

“Parking was easy and staying in the unit with a lot of fun. Would suggest that hand holds be added to the shower and a less slippery surface be added to the shower. Would stay there again definitely. I do have mobility issues which colors my review. ”

“Very nice, clean, updated, in a residential neighborhood. Outside there are about 15 steps leading from the street level to the front door. This was not an issue for us, but you'd want to be aware of that. Parking space along the curb was easy to find. Kitchen area has updated appliances. Beds are comfortable with nice bedding and extra pillows available in the closet. The hardwood floors are in good condition, but with hardwood if there are tenants upstairs you will hear them moving……

“The heat I didn’t know that we couldn’t regulate so it was so hot some night and so cold some night. We were very upset about that. The cleanliness was OK. The comforter had a stain on it a sticky stain. No one replaced it it just was. It was just too hot and cold we didn’t get any sleep upset”

“Very good communication throughout stay .Safe parking and elevator access close to apartment .Having washer and dryer is a plus .Apartment very clean and comfortable .Location close proximity to grocery stores and walking distance restaurants .Would recommend to stay here again . ”
