“There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. “The hosts, Lee and Michele were great. They were very accommodating, attentive, prompt to respond/resovlve any issues, and easy to reach. The property was well maintained, managed, modern, and clean. Plenty of amenities were provided including coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, paper products, cleaning products, linens, towels, etc. Washer, dryer, oven/stove(gas) were modern, efficient, and easy to operate. “The property was very clean once you got into the unit. There was a stairwell to get into the unit that was pretty long and steep and it was quite dirty. But once you got past that everything was very clean. The set up was a little odd, but it was represented well in the description so it was no surprise. The bathroom is on the second story of the unit which was a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker for us. I wouldn't choose this unit if I had I issues with stairs or any difficulty……
