「The room was very clean and the staff was great. I received 3 different messages asking if there was anything else they could do and if we needed anything. Instead of just assigning me a room I was asked if the 3rd floor would be okay.」

「Stayed here to attend a Steelers game. 20 minutes from stadium and easily accessed. Not much by the hotel except a Sheetz but thats basically a gas station and fast food place in one. It served it's purpose it was clean, nice staff. Would stay there again without any hesitance」

「Nothing much to complain about, except for the fact that our room was never cleaned in our 3-night stay. I reported it to the front desk, but was told because we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, that the cleaning crew did not enter the room. I think that's unacceptable: Two women staying in an hotel should be able to put that sign on the door, but it was removed once we left the room. Cleaning service should not be only in the early morning. Everyone is on a different schedule. If...
