“I loved everything about this hotel. The staff are so friendly and it's so clean ”

“After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! “Very nice place for a family to stay, close to CMU and PU campus and point of view on the hill. I will come back next time and stay longer.”

“Pros: Great location. Breakfast was outstanding. Room clean and updated. Cons: Bed not comfortable (my other stays at Hyatt the beds were awesome) these seemed little old and worn. Room was right next door to housekeeping so heard talking and door opening all night ”
