Awesome place!

This place is great - the views can't be beat, it it spacious and comfortable, and the owners have thought of everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. The location is great, walkable or just a few minutes drive from the center of town, and close to a really nice beach. We loved it here!

Nice condo on the north side

Pros:-Great location to be away from the noisy nightlife of the main plaza. The only night noises were delightful jungle crickets.-Main living area had good AC.-Awesome sunset views from the balconies and pool area.-Easy and close access to the beach, which was a short walk across the street.-Spacious and ample bathrooms.-Sayulita is an awesome little town and I can see why folks like this condo for long-term stays.*Recommend getting a golf cart, as it is 15-minute walk to main plaza.Cons:-Within 5 minutes of arriving, there was a power outage which we later found out was building-wide. This caused a great deal of confusion and it was after-hours so the property manager was unavailable. Luckily it came back on within 20 minutes and didn't go out for the rest of the stay. -The kitchen was a little spare, but workable. We were able to cook breakfasts and snacks with no problem.-The master bedroom AC was not working great throughout the stay.-The toilet in one of the bathrooms had a problem. The property manager arranged for someone to fix it the next day, which was appreciated.

Best place to stay in sayulita

This house, location, owners, property manager, and views are just absolutely the best. We absolutely enjoyed staying here and if we ever come back we would definitely stay here. The house is extremely comfortable and the views/location is breathtaking. Owners and property manager were very nice and accommodating. Thanks for letting us stay.

Casa Brooks was amazing! It was very nice inside and had everything you needed including some food essentials. Chris and Lisa provided great recommendations and information that made the trip a breeze. The location was great, close but not hectic in the middle of everything with amazing views. Great house with amazing views

Beautiful home in quiet area, the best part were the amazing views. Close enough to restaurants/bars but not right in the middle of it. We easily drove the golf cart to restaurants and main area at night and walked during the day. Across the street is the access to the beach, not the main beach area so it is a little quieter. The owners provide a lot of really useful info.

Amazing home!

We could not have enjoyed our stay more at Casa Brooks! The home is great with amazing views! Chris and Lisa helped make our stay easy. The location could not have been better. Peace and quite location within minutes of plaza. I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic Week

Wonderful unit in a great part of town. Outstanding views. Clean well kept and great owner and easy to communicate property manager. My adult kids ( ages 20,21, 22 25) had a blast. Ez to beach; nice pool. Comfy outdoor nooks.

Wonderful vacation with friends

The condo was exactly what we needed and as described. Views were spectacular and the second floor balcony with kitchen was perfect for bringing in the personal chef. 5 stars all the way!!

Perfect views!

Casa Brooks far exceeded our expectations while in Sayulita. Marusa, the house manager, was there for questions, transportation arrangements and anything else needed. The accommodations were ideal for our family with each teen getting their own bedroom and bathroom. And the ocean views were spectacular!

Family Vacation

We stayed here for a week in August. The home was Terrific and we’ll apportioned. The view was fantastic. We rented a golf cart to get to and from town. The main strip was only 5 minutes or so by golf cart. The entire experience was good. We would stay here again.

Sayulita

We had a great time in Sayulita. It was BEAUTIFUL and very humid but overall experience was awesome. We had some issues for about two days with the gate (remote controls) to the condo complex, but it was finally taken care of after that we had a great time at Casa Brooks.

Beautiful Views

We vacationed in June 2019 and it was beautiful. The views are stunning, property is clean and quiet, and is a short walk to a nice beach. Memorable Christmas away

Casa Brooks in the town of Sayulita is a slice of laid-back paradise. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our first Christmas away from home. This experience beat any present we could have received by a mile!The villa is thoroughly charming and has tremendous views of the Pacific. We saw whales spouting from our balcony and enjoyed the sounds of the waves each night as we went to sleep. The town of Sayulita offers all you need. Buy local meats, seafood, and produce in town. Dine at awesome street taco stands or sophisticated dining spots. And it is all a short walk or golf cart ride away. The accommodations and the comfort of Casa Brooks are matched by their incredible representative that is responsive, professional, and extremely organized. We will be back!
