Set high above the coastline, Casa Paz offers a rare sense of seclusion while still being just 10 minutes from the vibrant heart of Sayulita by golf cart or car. Here, you are above it all, surrounded by ocean, sky, and jungle. Yet never far from town.

From the moment you arrive, the endless Pacific Ocean views command your attention. The open-air palapa and expansive terrace invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and let the ocean breeze wash over you. Casa Paz is a large, thoughtfully designed home with approximately 4,800 sq. ft. of living space, offering both generous communal areas and private retreats. It is ideal for 6 guests, though it can comfortably accommodate up to 10.

-Upper Level Bedrooms (Easily Accessible)

The two upper-level bedrooms are designed with comfort and accessibility in mind. These rooms are easily reached from the main entrance and garage, making them suitable for older guests or those with limited mobility.

*Open-concept bedroom with a king-size bed, mosquito net canopy, privacy curtains, ceiling fan, and additional floor fan—perfect for those who enjoy a more immersive, indoor-outdoor experience.
*Fourth bedroom with a door and windows, featuring one king-size bed and one full-size bed, plus ceiling and floor fans.

In total, the home includes three full bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed for comfort and convenience.
