“Everything was very crazy around this apartment due to the Winter Olympics in Milano and the street closures. The customer service rep stayed on the phone with me to ensure we were able to enter the building, get the key and enter the apartment. He was kind, patient and helpful. I am very grateful that he stayed on the phone with me the entire time until we were safely in the apartment. The apartment itself was in a great location, was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed for……
