「Nice place to stay」

「A wonderful property. The hosts could not have been any more welcoming. Location to Main Street is ideal and a short walk.」

「We had a great time. It is perfect for a quiet escape & it is close to enough to Main Street, if you desire to go. The covered deck & fireplace was our spot we never left.」

「We had an amazing stay at Matt’s property! The interior was really cozy and clean. Me and my husband enjoyed our staycation with perfect views and everything that you could possibly need was also provided at the house!」

「We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again. The location of this house was very convenient and close the downtown. The rooms were comfortable and all appliances were top-notch. Super clean! 」

「The house was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped—filled with incredible artwork on a fantastic property. We could not have dreamed of a better place!」

「I loved it here. Awesome hosts who are thoughtful and the property was peaceful and calm. Highly recommend this host and this property.」

「Our stay here was excellent. We enjoyed it.」

「Our 4 night stay here was great! We enjoyed restaurants and hiking trails nearby and had all the comforts of home with a scenic view, fire pit, BBQ grill, and a hot tub! The beds were comfortable, the shower was nice and hot, and the kitchen had all the cookware we needed. So private!」

「Best “hippie” stay ever! Our hostess left no detail out….any little thing we could need, she had accommodated!Perfect spot to watch the stars at night, best weather to enjoy the firepit nightly, short steps to the soothing sounds of the river!Got the biggest kick out of showering “outside”! Bed slept very comfortably! Plenty of lighting inside and out as needed!Amazing couples’ experience!」

「Extremely clean, spacious, and a great location!」

「This property is PERFECT, especially if you are visiting someone at Western. It’s an easy 8 minute drive to WCU, and less than 20 minutes to Sylva (where all the good food is!). The check in process is super easy (door code to the cabin) and check out was take out the trash, put the linens and towels in a basket and put the dishes in the sink. We have had to extensively clean VRBO/AirBBs before. This was a breeze! :)The price we paid was substantially less than what parents were paying in town...

「This was probably the nicest vacation rental we've ever enjoyed. Absolutely charming! I loved the artwork and interesting treasures like the vintage frog pitcher in the beautiful green kitchen. We slept well on the firm KING mattress. The house has a cozy cabin vibe, but you can walk 5 minutes to a Main Street packed with quality shopping, galleries, coffee, etc. Best of both worlds. The kitchen is fully stocked, and I mean better than your own kitchen. Such a generous host! The wrap-around...
