「We LOVED our hotel! The staff was top level; the breakfast was an amazing value for the variety and quality of food; our terrace room had the best view if the sunset near the Ponte Vecchio. We couldn’t have been happier to stay or sad to leave. Next time in Firenze…we will be staying here in our Junior suite with a view again!!!!」

Had some trouble learning how to use the electronic appliances since no English manuals were available. 「Good size room, quiet and good distance to most sight seeing places. Its a self service apartment so dont expect to have anyone at the desk. All in all good for the price we paid. Just rem to bring cash for the city tax as they dont accept credit card. 」

La comunicación con los administradores de la propiedad es inexistente, si necesitas algo no hay forma que te respondan. Si eres extranjero para poder abrir la puerta por primera vez necesitadas roaming ya que debes hacer una llamada para poder hacerlo. Fuera de eso la ubicacion es muy buena y el estado general de la propiedad es bueno 」

「I like to stay central to the city center and this place was absolutely perfect. It’s literally right across from the Firenze SM Novella Station and walking distance to the Duomo, tons of restaurants and shops and was secured entry which was very important as a solo female traveler. The apartment itself was very spacious and quite big in comparison to other stays in Europe. The only thing I could see being an issue is given how close to the trains you might be bothered by the noise but the bed...
