"We came to Saratoga for an overnight stay to attend a concert at SPAC. We were welcomed by John as soon as we arrived. He gave us a tour of the downstairs as well as a brief history of the B&B. The grounds are beautiful right on the river and a quick 20 minute drive to Saratoga. They served a beautiful made to order breakfast before we checked out the following day. Would recommend!"

"We were In this lovely old house, on the 3rd Floor, (without a lift) , in a large room, with beautiful woodwork, (where hot water takes a bit of time to come), and any one coming up or down the stairs makes creaking noises, (which are not music to the ears) along with noisy cars and Bike's outside - somehow, I don't think I shall be going back. "

"Cute ground floor one bedroom in a brownstone with fresh decor and ample space. Clean and welcoming with easy checkin/checkout. No communication issues and I booked at the last minute. Space has outdoor area and is stocked for basic cooking with extras like coffee pods and tea bags. Easy walking distance to downtown in quiet safe neighborhood. Found street parking easily on a holiday weekend. Would definitely stay again."
