Für ein Wochenende ok

Es wurde beschrieben, dass uns ein !neues! Bett erwartet und eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie ein funktionsfähiger Haarföhn. Das Bett war leider schon sehr abgenutzt, scheinbar eine Art Lederüberzug oder Kunstleder. Jedenfalls genau am Kopfteil komplett abgenutzt, was ich sehr unangenehm fand, weil da der Kopf liegt und ich vermute, dass aufgrund der Abnutzung auch nicht wirklich sauber gemacht werden konnte. Bezüge und Laken waren krümelig und nicht sauber, wir hatten aber eigene dabei (zufällig). Küchenutensilien waren nicht besonders gut ausgestattet, und ziemlich dreckig. Vor Benutzung mussten wir alles reinigen . Badezimmer hatte einen Wasserschaden, was uns vorher nicht gesagt wurde. Duschvorhang sehr unangenehm . Es gab keinen Föhn. Es gab keinen Besen oder Staubsauger, mit dem man mal kurz sauber machen könnte . Alles in allem für ein Wochenende ok. Aber für mehr als zwei Tage auf gar keinen Fall.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen vor Ort und würden diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Einrichtung war spärlich und extrem abgewohnt. Es gab keine Schränke, kaputte Stühle und einen an die Wand geschraubten Tisch, was es uns nicht ermöglichte, zu viert am Tisch zu sitzen. Die Küche war nur minimal ausgestattet und stark verschmutzt. Das Bad hatte einen Wasserschaden und war nur notdürftig repariert, was man uns vor Anreise nicht mitgeteilt hatte. Das Loch im Wannenunterbau war nur mit Pappe abgeklebt und machte es den Mäusen nicht schwer, uns nachts zu besuchen. Entspannung und Erholung sieht anders aus. Wir finden es eine Zumutung, diese Wohung anzubieten. Aber Schmalkalden ist eine Reise wert.

Angenehm

Da wir mit der Familie nur ein Wochenende dort verbracht haben, um unseren dort lebenden Sohn zu besuchen, kann ich nur sagen, dass die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht. Die Bodenfliesen im Bad müssten teils erneuert werden. Aber wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Schmalkalden selbst ist ein sehr schönes Fachwerkstädtchen.

Wohnung liegt fußläufig zur Innenstadt, gut zum Einkaufen und zum Besichtigungen machen.

Nicht typisch für thüringer Gastlichkeit

Die Fewo war wohl durch lockdown lange nicht genutzt worden, hätte also nochmal ein"update " gebraucht. Couch verstaubt und fusselig, Brücke davor ebenso sowie Fensterbretter. Kein Toilettenpapier und Küchentücher sowie Küchengeräte (z. B. Flaschenöffner, Brotmesser, Kochlöffel, Omlettwender etc). In dieser Hinsicht ist eine Ausschreibung für 4 Personen zwar der Anzahl der Schlafmöglichkeiten entsprechend, aber nicht der sonstigen Alltags Bedürfnisse.
