"Property was as described. Clean, neat, tidy and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the park next door, proctor the downtown area, and all Gloucester had to offer. The property had a clothes rack outside to dry clothes after the beach and hose to rinse of sand, all amenities except a stove (hot plate instead), beds were comfortable, fans provided to help ventilate the upstairs bedrooms, good water pressure in the shower. All around comfortable apartment. Please note that there are stairs from the parking lot to yard, up to 2nd floor, and up to 3rd level bedrooms. "

"We hsd a very comfortable 5 night stay. Great neighborhood, with an easy walk to town. Loved the sunroom and living area off of the kitchen, as well as the Master suite. I also really appreciated the garage, having a rental car. Kathy checked in regularly and left good instructions for everything. Highly recommend. "

"This place was truly amazing! The two separate houses came in handy to help provide more space. The views were beyond exceptional, even better than the pictures show! We honestly canceled most of our excursions around town, because there was no need to leave the back deck. I highly recommend staying here! I give it 10 stars!!! "

"Home was very clean well equipped and decorated nicely. Great location. Sometimes it was difficult to find a parking space as the first unit always took the slotted spot on site. This is the second time my family booked this house. We were always happy with it. We have been in both units and were not disappointed. "
