Fabulous villa

A great holiday villa in a beautiful rural location not too far from the coast. The villa is extremely well laid out, multiple entertainment spaces, which makes sense for a larger group, the pool is heaven. Oriana is a perfect host, warm friendly and wants you to enjoy your time, nothing is too much! Thank you once again for making our stay in Sicily stress free... Rachel

We were on a 10-day vacation with two families. Children from 2 to 15 years. the house was very good and big enough. The pool worked really well with the kids. Everything was as promised and like in the pictures. The communication with the landlord worked very well. Ps. the house is bigger than the pictures show -Mika

Splendida villa

In tre famiglie abbiamo soggiornato tre settimane ad Agosto in questa splendida e curata villa. Gli spazi sia esterni sia interni sono molto ampi: piano terra composto da grande cucina, salone, due grandi camere matrimoniali ognuna con il proprio bagno (noi abbiamo chiesto di aggiungere un letto singolo in ognuna delle due stanze dove hanno dormito tre bambini/ragazzi per stanza). Al piano superiore altre tre camere matrimoniali con altrettanti bagni, due all'interno delle camere ed uno subito di fronte alla terza camera. Inoltre c'è una stanza esterna, adiacente alla casa, che da sul patio stesso, cioè nella zone dove si cena esternamente, con annesso il proprio bagno. Il giardino è grandissimo, comodo perchè si sviluppa in pianura e tutto sul retro della casa, noi ci abbiamo montato un campo regolamentare da pallavolo! In fondo al giardino c'è una bella piscina, a forma di L, con dei comodi scalini per entrare, si tocca in tutta la piscina anche se c'è una parte più profonda dell'altra, una gioia non solo per i bambini, con il bel tempo che ci ha assistito per l'intero periodo abbiamo fatto bagni a tutte le ore, anche alle 3 del mattino! C'è il WI-FI libero, molto comodo. Incredibile ma non abbiamo né visto né sentito una zanzara, forse per le disinfestazioni ad hoc organizzate da Oriana e suo marito, i nostri perfetti ospiti! Sono stati veramente molto gentili e disponibili, dando ascolto a tutte le nostre richieste; addirittura ci hanno montato un faro in giardino per permetterci di vivere meglio la festa dei 14 anni di mia figlia che abbiamo organizzato lì il 21 agosto, eravamo 25 persone, abbiamo fatto un torneo di pallavolo, un'ottima cena e ballato fino a tarda notte. Moltissimi i bei posti da visitare nelle vicinanze, a partire dalla stessa Scicli, e poi Noto, Marzamemi, Ortigia, Catania..... Consiglio vivamente questa villa e spero di poterci tornare presto! Lieu de vacances d'exception

Magnifique propriété située au calme et proche de superbes plages et de toutes commodités. La villa Antica Aia est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, soignée et parfaitement entretenue. Tout a été mis à disposition pour que nous passions de merveilleuses vacances en familles et entre amis. Les propriétaires Oriana et Michele, que nous remercions vivement, nous ont accueillis les bras ouverts et nous ont fait nous sentir encore mieux qu'à la maison. Grâce à leurs précieux conseils, nous avons eu la chance de découvrir leur magnifique région. De plus, nous avons pu faire appel à une très belle personne Cinzia, la femme de ménage de la propriété, qui est venue au quotidien pour effectuer les tâches ménagères que nous lui avons demandées. Pour faire honneur au BBQ, Oriana nous a transmis l'adresse de la boucherie de sa belle-soeur où nous avons dégusté de délicieuses spécialités siciliennes. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu d'exception qui nous a fait passer des vacances de rêve avec nos amis. Nous y retournerons c'est certain. Brigitte, Giuseppe, Enzo et Mirea.

Bella e accogliente

La casa è molto bella e spaziosa. Abbiamo soggiornato tre settimane in 5 adulti e 6 bambini e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema di spazio. Giardino e piscina sono ben disposti e vivibili. Nel complesso una casa ideale per una famiglia molto numerosa o più famiglie.

Tutto perfetto ed indimenticabile!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di trascorrere nel luglio di quest'anno una magnifica vacanza di due settimane con i nostri tre figli presso Villa Aia Relax. Che dire?!? Tutto assolutamente perfetto: la posizione, la piena indipendenza dell’abitazione, la cura nell'arredo, la pulizia, la biancheria in dotazione ci hanno garantito una vacanza di tutto relax e comfort! L'ampio spazio aperto dove si può beneficiare di piscina, amaca, giardino e barbecue hanno fatto la gioia di grandi e piccoli, coccolati, inoltre, da tramonti mozzafiato! Oriana e Michele, proprietari della Villa, sono stati davvero squisiti: disponibili e attenti ad ogni necessità, senza mai essere invadenti, ci hanno accolto con cordialità, garantendoci un soggiorno da sogno... Amazing host and beautiful villa!

Oriana is an incredible host and made sure our stay in Sicily was perfect. Oriana was always available to provide local information about shops, places to visit and restaurants. She also arranged pizza on our first night and booked us dinner and taxi bus on our second night. The Villa is beautiful and was very spacious for 12 people, each room has its on ensuite. Una villa fantastica...

Casa vacanza molto accogliente e particolarmente indicata per un gruppo di 10 persone. La struttura e' moderna, molto curata e ideale per una vacanza alla scoperta della Sicilia barocca. Noi siamo stati accolti calorosamente dai proprietari, persone molto simpatiche e disponibili verso i clienti. La settimana trascorsa a Scicli e' stata veramente indimenticabile e consigliamo calorosamente il soggiorno a villa Antica Aia.

Wonderful & relaxing vacation

We stayed at Villa Antica Aia Relax and had a great vacation in july 2016. It is a very nice house with good rooms, nice kitchen and bathrooms. We spend most of our time on the veranda and in the pool. Both adults and children age 9-17 enjoyed the pool. Sampieri Beach, supermarket (Eurospin and Crai) and the city Scicli, is 10-12 minutes drive by car from the house. Thank you to the very friendly and kind owners, Oriana and Michele for their hospitality and company on our last evening, where we tasted some nicely prepared localmade sicilian food. UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY

Thanks to Oriana and Michele for a very nice stay at your beautiful house, the bedrooms are georgeous, tastefully furnished and comfortable for more families, as we were. We enjoyed the beautiful and big pool, perfect for our children because not too deep. The house is well located about 15 minutes drive to beautiful Scicli and 10 about minutes to the coast. Sicily is such a beautiful island to visit. We have enjoyed this area very much. Scicli above all is a very special place, we went to two great restaurants. Oriana and Michele cared so much about us and made us feel very much at home, they even invited us for dinner with specialities from the region. We have to come back another time. Wonderful holiday in Sicily

Oriana and Michele, Mattia and Teresa are the best hosts that you can find in Sicily! We are from Cologne, we have spent wonderful holiday in their fantastic house. 7 giorni nella migliore Sicilia

Villa Antica aia relax una perla inserita nel tipico paesaggio ragusano. La villa appena terminata ha tutti i confort necessari per un soggiorno luxury. Camere spaziose, tutte con bagno indipendente e arredate con molto gusto. La cucina completa di ogni accessorio é ampia e permette di ospitare comodamente 10 persone con una vetrata dalla quale si può accedere ad uno dei 2 giardini. Bellissimo il parco principale con piscina. Da evidenziare la cura e l'attenzione che ci hanno riservato i proprietari, prodighi anche nell'organizzare una festa a sorpresa con a seguire una cena, di cui ricordiamo ancora oggi momenti e sapori. Le emozioni che hanno accompagnato i ns. giorni di vacanza sono state uniche ed indimenticabili. Ci siamo salutati con il desiderio di rivivere tutto nelle prossime feste natalizie.
