"Amazing view. Waves pounding on the rocks. Exceptional dining. Beautiful pool.
The rooms however are clean but dated with few amenities. I measured the distance from the shower head to the drain was 5’2”.
I’m not saying the rooms need a major overhaul but the little persons shower head needs replacing and relocating. Also like many shoreline hotels, no AC.
However because of the incredible view and dining we will stay here again. "
"My 2-day stay at the Amanzi was outstanding. My room was really spacious and included a couch, a comfortable chair and a desk. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The staff is so friendly in particular the front desk staff (especially the young Hispanic guy named Alex I think).
The breakfast buffet is top notch. The young Hispanic guy overseeing the buffet is so gregarious and makes you feel like you are a guest in a home going way above and beyond what anyone would expect.
Keep up the outstanding service. I always leave already thinking about my next stay."
