"Would have been nice to know that they require a 60.00 CASH security deposit before we arrived. Room was clean but in need of repairs. Staff was friendly. Parking was easy. "

"Required $60 security deposit in cash only. When checking out, I had to wait outside while the manager inspected my room. After passing inspection, I got my deposit money back. The road in front of the property was noisy with loud vehicles speeding by late at night. This property is very low by motel standards. "

"About 20 min from A&M campus, further than i expected. Staff was not very polite, much less friendly. Place felt run down and the area didn't feel the safest."

"The staff upon check in did not even care if we (or anyone in our travel party) were there or not. She acted as though we were an inconvenience. The elevator did not work most of the time, and we had a room on the third floor. The breakfast was sorely lacking in both taste and variety - there wasn't any fruit available at all"

"This property was set up perfectly. Nice and clean, The kitchen had nice cookware which I appreciated. Not all properties do. Spices in pantry were a plus. TVs in different rooms so everyone could watch what they liked. Beds were comfy. Nice soap and shampoo in baths. Lots of closet space. Bathrooms aplenty and water pressure good. Everyone felt at home. Rooms were spaced well for privacy. Parking was good. Very happy with our stay there."
