The Space:

Located just a 4-5 minute drive or short bike ride to beach access and the Beach Club pools, this home is a great vacation rental property. This 2,789-square-foot home with an open floor plan sits in a beautiful grove of palmettos and coastal greenery, one mile north of the ocean beach. This home is ideal for a family getaway or to simply relax on the large back deck outfitted with a gas grill and dining area. Your furry companion is also welcome here so the entire family can join in on the fun.



This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home is updated with three TVs, a separate dining area, an eat-in kitchen, a large living room with an adjacent family room, and the added benefit of a primary suite on the first floor. It has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, Comcast cable, and Internet.



The bedding includes a king, three queens, and two twins and can accommodate up to 10 people. The upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed. One of those large queen bedrooms has an additional two twin beds.



This home includes a Seabrook Island amenity card with no additional fee! The fee is usually $30/day or $185 for the week, so this is a great added benefit of this property! The Amenity Card gives you access to the Beach Club (with two outdoor pools and a beach area), the restaurants, golf, tennis, the equestrian center, and the Lake House (with one outdoor pool, a fitness center, indoor pool). Some of these amenities do have their own fees associated such as the restaurants, golf, tennis, the fitness center, and the indoor pool. When you book a reservation with us, we send you the information on how to obtain the Amenity Card, as it is obtained directly through Seabrook Island.



This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

House was big with a lot of room. Very roomy with enough furniture for family. House is dated and could use some updates. House lacked TV’s. Only had one TV in one bedroom. Other tv’s were in kitchen and family room. Would like to see them in each bedroom too, which is normal, especially in the master suite. The downstairs AC unit did not work well at all. Home owner had it set for 77 when we got there and it was very hot outside and took days to finally cool to a good comfortable temperature. Owner wouldn’t provide a fan at first saying it wasn’t part of the “amineties”. They finally were going to provide one on the third day but we went and bought one already. A bedroom did not have a ceiling fan, which made it very difficult to sleep as it was very humid and hot. House was not very clean. It had multiple spider webs and dust that has accumulated from not being cleaned properly over a period of time. They were is the corners of every room. Carpets had multiple stains throughout the house. Overall, it did what function it needed, a place to sleep and stay to enjoy our week. However, we would never stay here again. Cost was way too high for what you get. Florida homes we have stayed in were much nicer and less expensive.

A little piece of paradise

The house was perfect for our wedding guests. We were close to the Seabrook Island club. We also enjoyed the spacious and well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the two coffee pots: traditional and a Kuerig. Check in and out was easy. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Spacious Home, but needs TLC

This is a beautiful home, well laid out, but several negatives, and I was immediately put-off, as upon entry, the house appears abandoned- the outside of this corner home is filled with trees, but there is overgrowth of weeds & grasses around stepping stones and other areas that really decrease the curb appeal. The wood steps upon entry are old, and several boards are beginning to soften and rot.The gutters are packed with leaves and are stained with mildew. Upon entry, there was mildew around the entry light switches. There was mildew around the bathroom vents as well. There were beautiful hardwood floors throughout the first floor, but the carpet in the first floor master was disgusting. Large stains - as if someone vomitted all over, and it was not professionally cleaned. There was a large carpet remnant at the foot of the master bed- again covering more stains- disgusting. There were several other concerns that were raised through Vacasa- which was not a good experience. Automated responses- no personal experience at all. I will be sure to never book through Vacasa again.

Peace and Serenity

Our stay at Seabrook Island was all we knew it would be and more with this house and location. We rented bikes and enjoyed the ride to and from the pool and beach areas. The house was large enough for my family of 5 and their plus ones. The property manager immediately responded with any questions that I had during the stay. The beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms were large and comfortable. The warm water in the shower was endless. We never had to worry about taking a cold shower because of others using the warm water. The owner had enough appliances, cookware and utensils that’s needed. We could have used more bowls and drinking glasses, but the dishwasher worked great on the ones we needed to clean. The property outside does need some work, but we weren’t having a lawn party so it didn’t matter. I would recommend this house to others! Enjoy!!

the property is a great layout and beds and couches tables greaat. It is a bit dated though. The kitchen needs more glasses but well stocked otherwise. a little organization would help to find things I have no problem recommending this unit independent of the points I made we loved being there and living there

Great house but cleanliness was not great.

Great location but maids need to do a better job. Grease on rangetop, mold on ice maker, cob webs on most interior walls and all exterior handrails and doorways, dust balls on return air vents. On the positive side home was well stocked with most essentials and very comfortable. Just needs some attention to cleaning it up.

Perfect for mixed age groups

This house was perfect for our group which included 3 generations of family and a couple of friends. There was plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was large and well-supplied and there were plenty of towels. Appliances, TVs, AC and lighting all worked fine. Would definitely stay here again if we were in this area. The only caveat we found was the open hallway upstairs allows sound to carry easily to the upstairs bedrooms. Any night owls would need to whisper after anyone had gone upstairs to bed.

Peaceful Stay

We were very comfortable staying here. The home has great space. We spent a lot of time listening to music and being together as a family. My only complaints are that the home did not have a broom and dustpan and the shower curtains were moldy. Bring your own kitchen towels because there were only 2. Otherwise it was great for the kids and adults. Beautiful floors and great ambiance. Seabrook is a wonderful place to visit.
