“If there was a way to leave more stars i would.. legitimately every person on the staff valet/front desk/maintenance team/restaurant and bar workers was a legit pleasure to deal with. Ive never had a more pleasant experience at a hotel/resort. Special shout out to Lizzie who helped my wife plan a bunch of things and was a legit just a ray of sunshine every time we spoke to her..This was our honeymoon and it could not have been better 100 stars out of 5.!!!”

“One staff member was outstanding and vert helpful, she was a delight.
The room was clean upon arrival but you don't receive room service daily unless you ask and you don't receive clean towels daily without asking.
My original room did not have a working door lock and had to repack and move into another room, they did not respond when first reported.”
