“The Hyatt Place was a wonderful hotel! We loved the spacious room, delicious breakfast, and had no trouble finding parking. Zoe, at the front desk, was especially friendly, helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations. We will definately be back! Thank you!”

“We have stayed here before and always loved it but this visit was less than pleasant. We called to confirm accessible amenities for our daughter and had to speak to 3 different front desk staff to get any answers. The lobby was dirty with ice cream spilled on the floor. and the front desk staff sat on their phones. Our room was not completely cleaned. When we went to use the lift for the pool it hadn’t been charged so wasn’t operational. It was not a great stay and the staff seemed to not care……

“Was disappointed when we found a roach in the pool area shortly after arrival. Thankfully it was dead but definitely made me feel uneasy about the rest of our stay. However, the staff was kind and location was ideal plenty of food and gas near by.”

“The property is being renovated and we were lucky enough to get into the newly renovated room. However, I looked specifically for a property with a pool and not until I checked in was I informed that the pool was under construction. My brother and his wife also stayed but left due to the pool issue. Also we inquired about checking in a little early and were told we would have to pay the equivalent of a half days stay. Absolutely no mention of a discount for the non working amenities and the……

“I never leave negative reviews and overall we loved the hotel. Beware, however, the hotel charged me a balance remaining between them and Expedia stating I needed to seek a refund from Expedia for them underpaying my stay. I paid the same price on Expedia as the advertised hotel rate. I was also charged for parking on property and did not. I’ve left messages since my stay for the GM and have not heard back him.”
