Family Vacation

We stayed here with 6 adults and 3 kids. Perfect sized house for our needs. Loved the multiple couches. The 2 non-primary bedrooms both fit a pack and play. Neighborhood is quiet but close to the beach.

Great location in Seaside!

Stayed for the basketball tournament. Great location and multiple bedrooms for our family of 6. We appreciated ample towels, bathroom setup and the hot tub. Hottub is small (3 person) but that was no biggie. Be sure to bring your own games, books and all cooking needs.

Comfortable beds, nice hot tub, Cable TV, Netflix, Hulu and Disney + all available to watch. Flat, approx. 3 block walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Can see the river outside but no walking access to it.

Lovely home, clean, close to beach

We booked a 4-night stay Jan 2025. This home was very clean, well-appointed kitchen with all you need, river in back yard. Hot tub was perfect given we had much cooler temps. Had some mold and mildew in shower, but its Oregon. Only thing inwished it had was a fireplace. Owner was reponsive to questions. My only frustration is having to do so many chores while on vacation. But this is fairly common. Would stay here again.

Great house, close to everything

Went to Seaside for a golf tournament with the guys. We chose this house because it was in a great location and had plenty of space for all of us. The house is only a few years old and very well maintained and clean. The bedrooms are spacious with more than enough room to sleep 4 adult men. The living room and kitchen are setup great to relax and cook. And the hot tub out back overlooking the river was a great bonus! The house is about a 4 min drive to downtown and maybe a 15min walk which was great for evenings out. And a walk to the beach was less than 5min. The host was great to work with and quick with responding during the whole process. I would definitely recommend staying here if your looking for a home that has it all and is close to all the action Seaside has to offer!

Not as close to pr8m as suggested

It wasnt as stocked as previous places I've stayed. I would probably choose a darker carpet as it showed a lot of stains. The walk to to prom was much further than 2 blocks bur weather was beautiful so didnt matter. Beach access was also a bit further but not bad. Beds were comfortable. A lot of furniture stored in garage so barely room to park in there as required for 3 cars. Very quiet dead end street. No covered patio by hot tub but again weather was beautiful. River is close but dont expect to go down there. Very mushy but beautiful view.

The location was great, literally two blocks to the promenade/beach. It's right on the river, which makes for some great views, and the home included some thoughtful additions with a kitchen that was stocked with all the equipment you could need

This was a lovely home with a host who pays attention to detail and comfort. It is nicely situated at the end of the Prominade so it allows for easy access to restaurants and shops or a great start for a walk. Would absolutely recommend the property for a family to get some extra space in a comfortable and spacious home.

Great house & quiet neighborhood.

The layout worked really well for the 2 couples. We liked the open concept main floor. Everyone could visit no matter what they were doing. We did walk to Broadway (downtown Seaside). It took 15-20 minutes. Loved watching the birds in & around the river. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Home

This house has everything! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, short walk to the beach, park across the street and hot tub. Amanda was very responsive to all my questions. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was wonderful. The kitchen stocked with necessities. 2 Blocks from the promenade! So wonderful. Hot was a nice way to wake up on vacation. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Only issue was the neighbors who are clearly not happy with having a VRBO next door. House was nice and clean. Short walk to downtown.
