Great home and close to the beach and downtown Seaside. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The home had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the near future.

Anniversary getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful time here! The house was clean and updated, and stocked well with everything we needed. The property management team was easy to connect with and very accommodating. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Close to everything but on a quiet and well maintained street. We would definitely stay here again.

Seaside Summer Spot

Loved getting to stay in this newly renovated neighborhood home! We’ve been coming to Seaside annually for years and this may be my favorite rental yet. The street is quiet and the neighbors are kind. Games and bikes were nice amenities. Solid internet connection. Comfy beds. Would love to return in the future!

Love the rental. It had everything we needed, was comfortable and only a 10-15 minute walk to where the soccer in the sand tournament was that we were in town for. Highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Loved the entire layout! It was so cozy, and the porch was out favorite hang out spot. The only issue was, the master bathroom toilet was having severe flushing issues. Kitchen was perfect, but was short on forks. the toilet paper, paper towels and tissues were greatly appreciated.

We had such a nice time at Cozy Cove Cottage. Very clean, all the comforts of home. Really nice and quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend staying here.

Love it great stay

We really enjoyed the house. The foosball table was fun. The only thing that we didn’t have was garbage sacks for the garbage can other than that our stay was perfect.
