"Visited before and same positive experience, staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious with hot water from shower and great views over harbour and sea. Food in bar and breakfast was delicious. Overall no complaints!"

"Lovely located 1930s house within easy walk of the fabulous beach. Comfortable bed in huge bay windowed upstairs room.Downstairs front bay windowed bedroom would make a lovely second reception/living room as back room is quite small with dining table in there along with L-shaped sofa and TV etc.There was a lot of personal food and toiletries left in the house, which was unusual, made it feel like you were staying in someone’s home rather than a rental.Hosts (Nick & Rodica) were lovely and accommodating and extended our last day until 1pm, which meant we had a nice relaxing morning on our last day. "Great venue to meet up with family. Excellent location overlooking the beach/sea within easy walking distance of a couple of good restaurants. This was a return visit which we thoroughly enjoyed. Whitley Bay sea front promenade however is undergoing a transformative update causing disruption to traffic in the immediate area including directly outside the property. This did not affect our visit apart from having to navigate the new one way traffic system on our arrival. "
