This unit was in a very excellent location! Close to everything.. very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Keys were easy and everything went smoothly. I love the fact the owners are pet friendly!
Location was great, with in walking distant to everything we need. The kitchen had all the utensil needed and the bathroom were good! The beds were good and the linens were soft.

Downtown living
Overall a great experience. Very close to everything downtown . Views amazing on rooftop.. Can be very Warm during summer .
Communication was great and quick. The building is old but the place was clean. The space was perfect for our family of four. The road was noisy with traffic but we had no trouble sleeping. Perfect location to easily walk to various restaurants and lumen field.
This apartment is great for the price and location if you have a big group. We all fit in easily and were able to live there for 4 nights with ease. It's also in a great location. The apartment itself though is fairly old and kind of dingy. That being said, if you have a big group for a few nights in Seattle, I think this is a good spot to stay at.

Central and convenient stay in Seattle
The Hubbel Haven was a terrific stay for our family of four. The bedrooms allowed all of us some privacy. We made many of our meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The location is also unbelievable. It is steps away to so many bars, cafes, restaurants, and music venues. We even went to T-Mobile Stadium for a concert using the ubiquitous e-scooters that are everywhere in Seattle. Wonderful place to stay.

Great location for convention center
Stayed for a work event at the convention center and it was an excellent location. Just a few blocks from all the conference venues, while also walking distance to great restaurants, bars and shops around Capitol Hill. Because of proximity to the freeway and single-paned windows, there was a constant "white noise" sound, but generally much quieter than I would've expected. It's not a brand new apartment, but very servicable, especially since we weren't spending long amounts of time there. Appreciated the free, dedicated parking and attentiveness from Vacasa team.

pros and cons
Pros:
The beds were comfortable, the hot water stayed hot even after 4 people showered, it is a quiet neighborhood, and the location is fantastic.
Cons:
There is no heat, the windows don't latch, the parking is horribly small .

The condo is old. It needs some deep cleaning and renovate with new furniture. The couch is too leathery and slippery, not a good sleeping couch if you are coming with a large party. On top of that the carpet is smelly and dirty. And all the junks in the closets need to be cleaned out :( I guess it'd probably just another challenge living in Seattle downtown but since the apartment is old, it doesn't have a good AC system, The condo provides the AC machine but it made sounds but fortunately didn't affect too much of the sleep.
On the other side, some good points, Kitchen seems to be clean and renovated. Customer support was good even though we had a lot of complaints about the apartment. They brought us more sheets and toiletries swiftly same day upon request.
About location, it's close to main Pike street and to some night life, but while it's walkable, it's def not safe to do so at night. But it's just what it is about staying in downtown.

Needs some repairs and attention to detail
The second bedroom (the one with two twin beds) didn't have a working window cover - the shade was broken and sitting in the bottom of the window. The windows didn't shut properly - you could feel cold air from the gap - and that let in noise but it's tolerable if you bring ear plugs. Couldn't find a thermostat but the temperature was OK. No ladder or stool for reaching the top-level shelves in kitchen. No bath mats, ended up using a towel. The air register on the wall left of the fridge looked like it had never been cleaned, otherwise the place was clean. The bed was very comfortable.
Maybe a gem in it's time but washed out...avoid this place.
The door was left unlocked. No one to greet us. Horrible security. Someone could have gotten in condo and waited for us. Scary.
Kitchen air Vent filthy, blanket filthy. Paint was old and icky. Shower in master leaked and was horrible. table in the living area was wobbly and dangerous. Glad we didn't have young kids.
The refrig and floors and sinks were clean. Communication was awful. no solutions just sorry for inconvenience. No control over heat.
We are hosts ourselves and this is embarrassing property. We will never rent this place again and will shy away from Vacasa properties in the future. Management was awful. They gave us information for the wrong property via text. just icky experience
we have loved all the vrbo's weve stayed in until this experience. Needs an overhaul of furniture paint and fixing all the broken things on the property. The carpet was disusting. we took pictures it was so gross. Avoid this place. Wish we would have stayed at the Westin.

Would not book again in this condition
The apartment is quite old. The windows don’t seal properly and there is road noise (enough that you can hear it through ear plugs). We booked for 5 and there was no blanket for the pull out couch. The greeter was able to get us one from another apartment. The pullout is horrible. No adult could survive that thing - springs everywhere and incredibly noisy. The window in the bedroom with the twin beds didn’t even have a blind. I had to rig up a sheet to cover it. The ceiling in the bathroom started leaking while we were there. I contacted the maintenance line as soon as we found it and they said they would be in touch the next day. They never contacted us. The king bed was comfortable and the location was ok. I would not book this place again. The booking said the greeter would contact me 1 to 2 days in advance. I was not contacted and had to reach out to Vacasa several times to try and arrange entry. I didn’t hear from the greeter until I got their number and called them a few hours before our flight. I honestly thought I had been scammed.
Great place to stay with friends! The only downside was dealing with parking but that’s because it’s in the center of downtown seattle so keep that in mind when booking! (: Thank you for letting us stay.
Robert with Vacasa meet us with access and other information. Kitchen has been totally remodeled recently and looks really nice. Only issue is with parking but that is just a Seattle problem not the rental unit.

There is a lot of street noise- even on the 13th floor. We live in Alaska so we noticed it more than city dwellers would The building noises didn’t bother us It’s a quiet building as far as apartment/condo living goes. There are only 3 forks. Lots of spoons and knives. Please buy a few more forksThe guest book filled in 2022. A new guest book would be great
