Perfect home base for Seattle visit

Location was amazing - so close to so many things. House was beautiful - clean and well-equipped. Everything was labeled and/or explained. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay

This property is wonderful. The location is excellent: walking distance to Seattle Center/Space Needle. We walked to Pike's Place Market from the house. The Seattle Kraken had 2 home games during our stay; we had no idea how close to the arena we were. Tons of dining spots are an easy walk as well. The home is immaculate with plenty of room for 2 or 3 couples. The property came with a parking pass which was an added bonus. The host was very responsive; we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Not as advertised

The location of the property is good. We found every blind torn, the walls scuffed and the couch broken. The AC is in one bedroom only!!! and the living room. Street noise and a/c compressors made Sleeping with the windows open uncomfortable. Betterstay erroneously told us our reservation had been canceled TWICE before we checked in. On arrival, the entry door lock was broken. Repaired the next day. The billing was unclear because the damage waiver was not refunded even if no damage was found upon our departure. Glad we did not spend much time in the apartment.

Amazing location and a safe neighborhood. The home was spotless and cozy with a top deck that gave amazing views of the space needle and the city. We stayed for a concert at the climate pledge arena and it allowed us to walk to and from the arena in about 8 to 10 minutes which made the whole event so much less stressful. We had breakfast up in Queen Anne and it was so nice being able to go from downtown to QA so easily to experience more of what the area has to offer. This location definitely added to the memories of our whole trip and i would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect house for us! Easy commute from the airport, large rooms and great layout, walking distance to Seattle Center, the Kraken games, and the monorail for a quick jaunt downtown! Plenty of food options and activities within easy walking distance.

Graduation trip

Our family stayed in this property’s for 2 nights in June, while attending our granddaughters graduation. The property is very nice, comfy, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. All the beds were comfortable. There is even some rooftop seating with a nice vibe. The hosts checked in to be sure we were doing ok. We found it to be excellent.

Exceeded expectations!

Great location exploring Seattle! Two friends and I met up for a concert and this was the perfect spot. Everything was super clean and had plenty of room. Rooftop deck was a nice bonus. Highly recommend. Great communications from the management team also.

Excellent communication from host. The restaurant recommendations were spot on. Our family (2 teens) walked everywhere, making the location awesome. Super clean home and especially enjoyed the heated floors in the bathrooms. If you are not comfortable with navigating stairs (3 levels) this might be something to consider.

Great location

We needed a place for one night before our Alaskan cruise. It suited all 6 adult's in our party fine. If you have anyone with mobility issues look else where. This is a five story field trip. The only thing missing in the layout was the lack of bathroom on the main floor with the kitchen and living area. The directions left by the host on what to do with the towels, linens..could have been more clear. Overall the one night use was worth the value.
