“Square B+B was a wonderful find. It was clean, comfortable and charming. Communications and check-in were very smooth. The kitchen was well-equipped, as was the bathroom. There were so many delightful elements: books, a foosball table, water cooler, slippers and more. Thanks for a lovely stay in Stratford!”

“Brendan was very helpful as a host. I originally had booked the wrong property, then we had trouble paying. We tried using my husband’s credit card, but it wouldn’t accept it. Eventually, it was resolved. There was trouble with e-mail addresses. Brendan assisted me with using words as opposed to symbols for him to be able to read on his end. A grab bar should be added to the bathroom because the tub is too high to safely step over. There was no wine opener, and only two wine glasses. ……

“Tips for future travellers...the beautiful and striking photo that is the main photo of the list is NOT the building you will be staying in. It is a nearby landmark...so for anyone out of town that visits this property, that first impression is one of "huh"? I'd say the VRBO is perfect for a solo traveller, however, the bed is on the small side for more than a solo traveller and is considerably raised off the ground, making it difficult to access, especially if you need to get up in the middle……

“Parking was great, the breakfast was fine. The bathroom was very small, and would not accommodate two people. Also, though I don't watch much TV, I was surprised that there was no Tv, nor was there a bed side clock. I feel badly saying so, but the very thick Chinese accent was hard to understand. I have spent a year in China, and my sister-in-law is from Hong Kong and has a strong accent. So I am familiar with accented English. The people at the Ambassador were very nice, very receptive, but I……

“Often times there is a difference between the photos and the description of the property… and not in a good way. But in this case, the property far exceeded all of our expectations in terms of cleanliness, convenience, and overall enjoyment. Communication with the property owner was outstanding. We will certainly be renting again if we have the opportunity when we visit Stratford again next year. We will be recommending this property to all of our friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Great place. Convenient and close to downtown. Comfortable. I had a problem with the dishwasher and the manager responded right away. My only comment (and it's somewhat trivial) is the bedding needs to fit the bed.”
