"The Cooling system in our room did not work. When we arrived the room was at 62 degrees and we could not turn the heat on to bring the room to a normal temperature. We shut the system off and hours later found a big puddle of water leaked on our luggage. The view was beautiful but the room temperature is a critical component to enjoyment of a hotel room."

"The rooms are perfect for staying a night or two before departing a cruise or airport connection. The rooms are basic, and this is perfect for our two night stay. The shuttle service is excellent. The staff is accommodating. The morning breakfast option is simple and delicious. "

"Booked this room for a friend and desperately wish I hadn't. She spent 40 minutes locked outside in a rainstorm after paying extra to check in early. I finally had to call myself for the code, which they were oddly able to supply to me, but not my friend. Upon checking in, she found her room had no working outlets, no TV (for the same reason) and not enough curtains to cover the window. More concerning was the neighbor's security camera that pointed directly in her window - the window lacking curtains. Pretty sure that's a violation of privacy laws... Since she couldn't charge her phone and couldn't watch TV, she had to content herself with listening to other "guests" having loud sex and coming and going all night. At 3am, she took a shower in a dirty bathroom and left, preferring to sit at the airport, where she could at least charge her phone. So, if you're looking for a place to take a hooker, or you just want an overly expensive, crappy night's stay - you've found the right place! If you want all that, and no recourse, you've definitely found the right place. No one will take your calls or reply to emails. You would be better off to make a pillow from your coat and bed down at the airport. "

"Shuttle was crowded. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here…it was clean and staff was nice. Just a bad room with sticky doors and loose bed frames, seemed like the lost forgotten room in the back"

"Rooms are very basic. No luxury. No daily upkeep. Grounds are nice with a pool, lots of trees and flowers. There is nice outdoor seating in a sheltered patio. Breakfast was bare bones. Nice that there is a restaurant in site and they have free shuttle from the airport and to the cruise terminal. If you want shuttle from to port to airport it is $15/pp."
