Lovely Views

The house was nice. I felt like the pictures made it look a little more fabulous than what it was, but still a nice place to stay. The pool was dirty when we arrived so I called and was told it was scheduled for service the next day. The casita is not as close to the main house as we would have liked, but overall a good place to rent and a lovely stay in Sedona. Great view of sunrise over the Sedona mountains.

Beautiful Space with a few Hiccups

The property is amazing! The casita is clearly a newly renovated space—fresh, modern, and super clean. It has a crisp, inviting feel that's perfect for relaxing.That said, there were a few hiccups. The air conditioning in the casita had a constant dripping noise throughout the night, which made it a bit tough to get a fully restful sleep. We contacted the host, who was very apologetic and quick to send someone out to check on the issue.Another surprise was that heating the hot tub wasn’t included in the price—it’s an extra charge. When we were asked if we wanted to heat the pool, we assumed that meant the pool itself, not realizing the hot tub required a separate fee. Not a huge issue, but worth noting for future guests.Lastly, getting between the main house and the casita required walking on the gravel driveway. We asked if the gate connecting the two spaces could be opened for easier access, but were (kindly) told no. Having that gate open would have made things much more convenient for our group having to put shoes on to go back and forth.Even with those minor issues, the property is beautiful, and the overall experience was great. Once a few of these small kinks are ironed out, I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay when we traveled to Sedona. The property is beautiful, location is perfect, and the communication and promptness of the staff was better than we could have expected. We will definitely be staying here again.
