「good and quite place」

「Email sent after I requested info on checkin saying we were on our way-telling us we needed to bring towels. Someone working on shower when we arrived and did not get it fixed. Not enough amenities for number of people it says accommodates. Photos online must have been taken a few years ago-interior is well used.」

「入住時，管理員替我更換兩次房間，讓我入住到有女性的房型，非常感謝。但是房間內仍有男性入住，有點感到沒有安全舒適，但這就是青年旅館吧。交通方便、公車巴士容易抵達，附近超市小店餐廳都有。最後建議就是分為專屬女性房型以及男性謝謝！」

「Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was quite nice, she helped us check in. When I had some questions regarding my rental car deals, she and another staff also helped me a lot. 「Very nice . Beautiful mountain views absolutely stunning. The room was very clean and everything was spotless. We enjoyed the hot tub, which was a great way to relax. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.」

「We stayed in a glamping site. Everything was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Thru have wireless phone charger in the room and fireplace in the glamping cabin which is nice. The shower room was a bit too small and not very clean though. 」

「In the first night, the room is terrible. The furniture is in bad condition. The room is old and dirty. However, the hotel staff knows our feelings. They changed another room for us next day. That one was completely different. That room was excellent. All the negative comments in the last room changed to positive comments would be the right comments in the next day.」
