Es gibt eine moderne Waschmaschine mit Kurzprogramm, ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und alle notwendigen Küchengeräte. Das Geschirr ist sehr schön. Das sind die positiven Punkte. 「We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!」

「The reception is open untill 3pm. Thats fine with me, unfortunately non functional self check-in process has totally ruined the first impression. The phone support was not very effective. I very much value the receptionist apologies. The property as such is very nice and rooms are comfortable, cozy and clean. Only objections would be insects in the shower. I will definitely be willing to come back. This is another example of lousy IT solution ruining work and efforts of the onsite hard working...
