「Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. 」

「Excellent stay in the Penthouse Apartment for 5 nights. Comfy beds, excellent showers/bathrooms and great air con. Very good location for getting around and near to some great bars and restaurants. 24 hour manned reception and they loaned us an Istanbulkart to load money onto for getting around on all transport.」

「非常好的酒店，店員很好」

「It's more like a hostel than a hotel. There is a microwave in the room which is very useful, but the mugs are cracked though still could be used. The room cleaning was quite random, new towels were replaced but the old ones were not collected. One of the clean towels was stained, probably that didn't get noticed after laundry. The free parking was a real bonus. 」

「Overall we enjoyed our stay. We were welcomed warmly with a Turkish coffee and loved the historical property. This is my 3rd trip to Istanbul in the last couple of years and this is one of my favourite neighbourhoods. There are so many great cafes, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.
