However, in order for the experience to be perfect, it is essential to have a room close to the reception. Initially, I was given a room that was far away, and I requested a change, which was approved.”

“Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und mit einer tollen Küche ausgestattet. Balkon war vorhanden. Parken in der Tiefgarage umsonst. Lage top. Personal sehr freundlich. Nächstes Mal werde ich wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. ”

“Sejour exceptionnel dans un bâtiment historique d'époque (19eme siècle). Nous avions l'appartement luxe avec vue imprenable sur la Corne d'Or et Sultanahmet. Spacieux, confortable, lit très grand... meublé avec goût. Le manager de l'établissement, Samet, est un mélange de gentillesse et de volonté pour nous satisfaire, en communication directe avec nous sur whatsapp. Nous avons adoré l'emplacement. Merci Samet pour tout, tu es un amour.”

“We stayed at this property for two weeks and a half, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were very accommodating and very friendly. The best cappuccino and Istanbul is in their lobby. Also, it’s in a very safe area. I highly recommend this hotel if I could give 100 stars I would. ”

“Fantastic location - immediately adjacent to a metro stop with great food and drink options nearby. very accommodating staff giving us tips and booking excursions etc- always available. The apartment was big and well furnished- we loved it! Having a place to relax and the ability to accommodate an early bird with a night owl made our stay so relaxing. And to top it off, a view of the Galata Tower off our terrace! Perfect!! ”

“Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. ”
