“Property looks nice but their staff and service is really bad not worth it to stay in that Hotel for their price rate i thought it was a luxury place but not. room service is bad , guest service is bad and to add i ordered to decorate the room for honeymoon a day before and one hour before check in they call me saying we don’t have time . ”

“Quel endroit incroyable, une maison de charme dans le quartier des arts…. Un vrai bonheur, à deux minutes à pieds des transports, des commerces a 40 mètres…. Proche de toutes commodités. Par ailleurs la maison peut accueillir une famille entière, internet à disposition de tous, un billard …. La maison est Vraiment tout confort…. Nous avons adoré, les enfants veulent y retourner….voilà que dire de plus … un propriétaire en Or brut qui est disponible 24h/24…. Gentil, attentionné et efficace,……

“I had a very pleasant stay at PeraPort Hotel. The hotel has a great location, close to the metro and many attractions, which makes it very convenient for exploring Istanbul.The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended.”

“It's more like a hostel than a hotel. There is a microwave in the room which is very useful, but the mugs are cracked though still could be used. The room cleaning was quite random, new towels were replaced but the old ones were not collected. One of the clean towels was stained, probably that didn't get noticed after laundry. The free parking was a real bonus. ”

“Internet was fine. Location was sketchy but should have checked it out before. Still i felt safe walking at night. Tons of kids and lots of noise until 1am. The room was dingy but after seeing location was expected. But the worst is that it smelled of urine strongly. Like an alley. There are cats everywhere but i work with animals and it wasnt cat urine. Thats more ammonia like. I had to use Peppermint oil and still was horrible. I didnt shower as rhe bathroom looked like the walls by toilet had……

“Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. ”

“Sejour exceptionnel dans un bâtiment historique d'époque (19eme siècle). Nous avions l'appartement luxe avec vue imprenable sur la Corne d'Or et Sultanahmet. Spacieux, confortable, lit très grand... meublé avec goût. Le manager de l'établissement, Samet, est un mélange de gentillesse et de volonté pour nous satisfaire, en communication directe avec nous sur whatsapp. Nous avons adoré l'emplacement. Merci Samet pour tout, tu es un amour.”
