“La hora de check in era a las 2:00 pm y cuando llegamos nuestra habitación estaba ocupada. De hecho se dieron cuenta cuando nos llevaron, la abrieron y vieron las pertenencias de los otros huéspedes. Nos entregaron esa mis habitación como a la 11:00 y estaban sucias las sábanas y en general la habitación. Solicitamos que se limpiara y no quedamos satisfechos con la limpieza. Ofrecieron un 15% de descuento en el consumo del desayuno que tiene disponible pero estaba caro y malo.”

“Sejour exceptionnel dans un bâtiment historique d'époque (19eme siècle). Nous avions l'appartement luxe avec vue imprenable sur la Corne d'Or et Sultanahmet. Spacieux, confortable, lit très grand... meublé avec goût. Le manager de l'établissement, Samet, est un mélange de gentillesse et de volonté pour nous satisfaire, en communication directe avec nous sur whatsapp. Nous avons adoré l'emplacement. Merci Samet pour tout, tu es un amour.”

“沒有水和水煲，要自購水。 沒有面巾和水杯。 毛毡沒有被套。 近清真寺，噪音非常嚴重。 房間隔音非常差，可清楚聽到鄰房談話。 價錢非常平，若你不介意上述不足之處。”

“A great place to relax”

“Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. ”

“El hotel es espectacular. El servicio excelente. El portero que nos recibió fue muy amable. Limpieza perfecto. Ubicación maravillosa. SOLO HUBO UN TEMA NEGATIVO: El portero de la mañana, hoy 2 de marzo, nos pidió un taxi al aeropuerto. El Señor del taxi en la mitad del camino paró y quería que nos cambiáramos de carro a otro carro, diciendo que el papá de él nos iba a llevar. Nos asustamos mucho, porque en los países de donde venimos (Colombia - México) eso es muy peligroso y desaparecen……

“I felt like I was in a Turkish drama soap opera. The theme in the room was sultan Hurrem. Every flow has a different sultan and theme. The decoration was beautiful! Service and staff was great and very helpful at all times. The breakfast is on the terrace and has a great view of Bosphorus, galata tower and sultanahmet. The location is ideal. Is around the corner of galata tower and has a lot of dining option within walkable distance as well as transportation. ”

“It's more like a hostel than a hotel. There is a microwave in the room which is very useful, but the mugs are cracked though still could be used. The room cleaning was quite random, new towels were replaced but the old ones were not collected. One of the clean towels was stained, probably that didn't get noticed after laundry. The free parking was a real bonus. ”
