"The hotel is very new , clean and beautiful the breakfast is one of the best I have had in a hotel . Staff is very polite and helpful. Problem was our credit card did not work although they worked everywhere in Istanbul & the same with our friends another couple. it was a disturbing situation and our friends had to put all their cash to the hotel. They have an issue they said maybe with some cards and will try to solve it . No upgrades at Rixos no drinks only free parking for a car we don’t have "

"The room was delightful, with Greta Garbo inspired theme, including a lovley old fashion recliner bath. The staff were wonderfully accomodating and helpful. They even provided an early breakfast on the day we headed to Gollipoli. What a great hotel, so full of charm, with fabulous people running it. Thanks"

"The guest relations, reception team and housekeeping are 2nd to none. They were very welcoming, helpful and make sure that your stay is perfect. Special thanks to Hikmet and Samet who came to my rescue when I needed help and they really are a credit to the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, great facilities and and a short walk (few minutes) to Hagia Sophie, the Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern"
