"I really enjoyed my stay at Lucky Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is cozy and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at ease. I especially want to highlight the receptionist, Osman Emma, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout my visit. His friendly and professional attitude made my experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Nice view from the Terrace to Golden Horn, Galata Tower and Eminonü. Pool suitable for refreshing. Turkish breakfast very good. Very nice terrace for sundowners. "

"This is a beautiful hotel right in the centre of Istanbul, all the main tourist areas are no more than a 30min walk. The staff at the hotel were lovely and the breakfast at the hotel was superb. Reception staff were also very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One comment I would make is the reception area is lovely but is totally underutilised, there was a bar in the corner but it was never open. Therefore that area was a little soul less."

With very little notice on my part, Ismail arranged an airport transport to the hotel. We were offered a free upgrade to my room and offered us a lovely breakfast with outstanding views. Fatima, Otan and Sinan made sure our EVERY need was taken care of throughout our stay.
Thank you Seven Hills for making us feel like we were home. Istanbul was absolutely amazing too, the culture, the people, the history will always have a piece of my heart. I will be back :). "
