「 Please be aware if you come with a large group and a car. The check-in instruction provided by the hotel was inaccurate. We came with a car and found it so confusing upon arrival. There was no pass-code provided for the garage as the instruction message stated. Later we found that we have to check-in with the kiosk first and then used the activated room card to open the garage. We stuck at the gate for half an hour because of this. 「A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. 」
