“The staff was among the best I’ve ever seen. Bernadette, Alex, and especially Serena made our stay extra special. Serena helped sketch out different hiking plans for us each day, based on Weather and our interests. She drilled down to the most specific details to ensure we knew how to get around and accomplish our goals. I’d also like to call out Barbara in food service. “Lovely area with amazing nature outside the door. Hotel is set back from main road but a little morning traffic noise remains. Very nice staff. Clean and lovely. ”

“1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent. 2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! All we can do was to wait until all men gone then……

“6 stars to the staff. We had a rental car issue at night on arrival and the staff helped us sort out a mechanic and everything. Very friendly and helpful! We loved the location and the room too. It was clean and spacious. Would highly recommend for a base in Dolomites. ”
