The most incredible villa for our family of five. Kids had a ball, staff so friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Loved it!

The place is close from any amendities and in the heart of Seminyak; it is really convenient. Moreover, the jaccuzi of the room was broken so they cahnge us from villa with a good jaccuzi. The only point which is difficult is that some of the staff at the front desk doesn't speak very well English but thay always find a solution to be understood and to understand you. Very good product!

Unsafe, dirty, poorly fitted out and maintained

This villa is unsafe for children!!!! Unorganised staff and unhelpful management! No sound isolation at all- you can hear your neighbours every word when they party at 4am. Poor quality fittings. Not very clean. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Their system didn’t recognise our booking so they weren’t ready for us at 8pm. So we dragged our kids to a restaurant and waited until 9pm to get into our room. The 2 bedroom villa is actually and a 1 bedroom villa with a studio bedroom- and these are separated by a pool. The walkway between the bedrooms is literally a gappy bridge across the pool. This is completely unsafe for a 3 year old to stay in a room without parents as they could easily slip into the pool. We had to stay the one night due to the late arrival. This was awful due to the noise from next door (including setting off fireworks at 2am). Then Kanishka refused to let us check out a day early. Happy to pay for the night we stayed- but just want to leave and refund the 2nd night. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and refunded us. The hotels.com help desk was amazing and we are very grateful to them. Absolutely horrible stay- so much so it’s almost comical. One shower didn’t work and the toilet leaked at the bottom. The list just goes on and on. I just don’t see how any parent could possibly feel comfortable with the bedroom setup for small children. We had to split up the adults so one stayed in each bedroom with a kid- not at all what you intend for a holiday!

ヴィラはスミニャクの賑やかな通りから入った便利な場所にあります でもとても静かで、朝は野鳥の声で起こされます 近所の日本人女性がオーナーでオーガニックのVelde Cafeやアジア最大のスタバなど超オススメ、ビンタンスーパーマーケットも徒歩圏内です 部屋はベッドルームだけが室内で、リビングやダイニング、シャワー、トイレ、バスタブは屋外ですが壁に囲まれているので、プライバシーは全く問題ありません 夕方になると、リビングと洗面所に蚊取り線香を焚いてくれるので、虫にもほとんど刺されなかったです 朝食はアメリカンBF、インドネシア、和食から選べて部屋のダイニングで頂きます ホテルスタッフもフレンドリーです 7月の連休を利用して２泊しましたが、日本よりずっと涼しく快適でした バリ感を満喫したいのであれば、おススメします

가성비 수영장 숙소

친절하고 수영장과 침실도 예상보단 편안하고 좋았습니다. 다만 연식이 있는 샤워 부스와 가구들이 세월의 흔적이 있었습니다. 샤워실 수압이 매우 약했으며, 샤워실 모기장이 뜯겨있어서 수리가 필요 할 것 같습니다.

Please don’t book ! Very unclean. bedding disgusti

booked this villa based on its rating on trip advisor. It is absolutely not worth the money paid. The villa is tired and aged. Furnishings are worn. Mattress is lumpy, pillows stunk so bad they must be damp or musty inside and desperately need replacing. Thé robe in the wardrobe was musty and smelly as though it had been used many times by others and never washed. This is not what you call a luxury escape away. The bathroom had a terrible smell which I think is the chemical used to seal the flooring. It’s a strong chemical smell. The shower was mouldy. I felt dirty taking a shower there. Again this isn’t what you expect when paying so much for a hotel. There are so many options in Bali. Don’t waste your money. Lastly, I upgraded to a pool villa before arrival and I was told we would receive a 10 min welcome massage upon arrival , we were never offered anything like that. The food is mediocre. The pool was nice but the experience was let down by the tardiness of the furnishings and the cleanliness. I believe the owners need to invest some money in upgrading the villas. It’s just not up to standard, with so many competitors around. I wish I’d gone back to some of the other villas I’ve stayed at before or booked a 5*hotel. This villa is a 2 star property at best. Probably the most poorly furnished property I’ve stayed at in Bali .

Great clean safe villa in central Seminyak

The villa was very nice and clean. Had all the amenities. The breakfast delivered and setup in the room was fantastic. I was in one of the small villas with a hot tub. It was the perfect size for 1 or 2 people. It was centrally located and secure.

The shower has mold. Our first morning I go to shower and there was no hot water. We called reception and they said we have to wait 2 hours for hot water! To top that out shower head was spraying water all over the places. If I could share that video I certainly would. The pictures on the their website are deceiving. The included breakfast is another issue. They do not have a restaurant area. So they bring your breakfast to you in your room: here’s the problem, when you order an omelette at 9:30 am and decide to sleep till 10;15 am then say goodbye to that omelette.
