This property was very clean and well maintained. The staff is kind and understanding. However, for the price it is a bit overrated. Great option for those looking to only stay resort side. The sand bottom shallow pool was incredible for children. This property caters to families with children. Hosting numerous events throughout the day to keep the kids happy. The breakfast was an incredible buffet. The room was gorgeous and large with a balcony and pool view. The balcony had a jet hot tub and large chaise lounge chair. Not exactly a tranquil retreat but like mentioned earlier. Mostly for families so except noise

A must stay! The staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. . Anytime you walk pass any staff member they welcome you with the biggest smile Faculties and room outstanding. Must do cocktails on the 18th floor!
