「Proche Monteverde . Nous avons eu un chalet . Très agréable même si proche de la réception et de la route . Nous n’étions pas en pleine nature comme imaginé mais nous avons vu des cabines donnant sur la vallée. Possibilité de marcher autour de la finca (sentier). Le portail ferme à 22h ( demander un lien à la réception pour l’ouvrir). Bar/ restaurant à 5 min en voiture. Nous avons testé le jacuzzi ( froid lors de notre venue) . Petit déjeuner buffet très bon.」

「Stunning views from restaurant and room across as far as lake Arenal. All the food offerings were fantastic from breakfast to evening meals using home grown and home made items. Regular supply of wildlife to keep you entertained. Only slight negative was a reasonably long walk up a steep hill to get to the nearest shops etc but that’s no fault of the hotel. Also be aware there is no A/C in the rooms if you are as lucky as we were with the weather.」

「This place is huge and beautiful. I don’t think the pictures on the website give enough impression to show people how gorgeous this place is. Few minor maintenance repairs to be done but it looks like they renovating now. It didn’t affect our stay. Located only few minutes away from la Fortuna waterfalls. We were given free entrance tickets to Hanging bridges park for the whole family and breakfast at the restaurant that located few minutes away. Very good experience, would definitely be back if...

「The thermal pools were not maintained well at all, and I felt like they were pretty dirty with dead leaves on them and it seemed like they were not very clean. The property also seemed extremely outdated for the amount they charged us. I honestly don’t think it was worth it specially given the room in the washrooms it was giving hotel from the 1970s.」

"酒店虽然小了点 ，但是环境真的很不错！游泳池很大，还有几个按摩热水池！我们和朋友分开订的房间，酒店贴心帮我们开了相邻的房间！ 早餐相当不错，食物选择不多， 但是东西很好吃！就是有个小问题： 房间wifi不是很好，要到房间外面才能连上wifi! 下次还会选择这个酒店！真心点个赞！"
