Welcome to our waterfront home on Lake Hartwell and conveniently located less than 4 miles to Clemson University! Whether you are in town to watch the Tigers play, a tournament, or just to relax this home offers plenty for a memorable getaway. There is ample of space and parking for families and groups within this 5-bedroom home. On the first floor is the Master suite and upstairs are 4 additional bedrooms.

If you are looking for a little adventure, head over to the nearby parks and trails for hiking or biking.

For those looking for a relaxing getaway, spend your days on the lake. Enjoy relaxing on your private dock, swimming, fishing, or paddleboards are at the home for use, bring your boat or local rentals are available. vEnjoy your evenings grilling and sitting around the firepit with family and friends.

An excellent house in an outstanding location. Its not easy to find a place that is both close to campus but also quiet and peaceful and this house is both. Even with homecoming traffic, we were at the stadium in minutes. The house was very clean, well stocked and also attractive. Host was lovely and helpful about everything we needed.

Our group used this Seneca house as a home base while visiting Clemson for 'family weekend'. Although we did not spend a ton of time at the house, it was a perfect place to come back to. The house is clean, comfortable and spacious on a quiet street. Although we did not use all the amenities, having a full sized washer/dryer was great. Owner was lightning fast in responding to questions.We would absolutely stay here again.Go Tigers!

Home was beautiful but very unkept and dirty to say the least! Owner was very responsive and indicated issues would be addressed. No refund was offered.

Thank you so much for letting us use your house. One of the guests who has ALS slipped out the shower and broke off the front corner of the lip to the toilet bowl. I have left money in the kitchen drawer to the right of the dishwasher to cover the expense
