I should’ve trusted the other reviews

I cannot stress how much I do not recommend this hotel! I only ended up staying for 1/4 nights that I booked here. There was no staff available for check-in, at the reception desk or anywhere else. Guests are expected to call someone over the phone to check in, and the key cards for the room are left out on the reception desk to pick up yourself - this did not make me feel safe; How does the hotel know who is coming in and out of their rooms? My room was very dirty - dirt on the walls and light switch, the bed sheets covered in stains. Cockroaches running around the lobby and the room. The light in front of the door had been turning on by itself all night so I couldn’t sleep. The only positives were that the air conditioning worked very well, the bathroom amenities were sufficient and the view from the room was nice

I cannot stress how much I do not recommend this hotel! Positives: air conditioning worked very well, the bathroom amenities were sufficient and the view from the room was nice Negatives: There was no staff available to help check-in. Guests are expected to call someone over the phone to check in, and the key cards for the room are left out on the reception desk to pick up yourself; How does the hotel know who is coming in and out of their rooms? The room had dirt on the walls and light switch, the bed sheets were covered in stains, cockroaches ran across the lobby and other bugs were in the room. The motion sensor light at the door had been turning on by itself all night.

공원뷰가 넘 멋진 풍경호텔

7월말 1박 예약 하고 갔는데 3층인데도 공원 호수 뷰가 나무 좋았어요 칠십리 시공원 산책하기 넘 좋고 시내도 가깝고해서 다음날 성산포 호텔 취소 하고 일박 더 하고 싶었어요 나중에는 2박 이상으로 오고 싶네요 외돌개 가까워서 예약 했던건데 저처럼 공원 좋아하시면 정말 추천드려요 오래된 호텔 같은데 인테리어도 나름 리모델링 된 거 같고 단점이라면 코로나때문인지 객실은 닫았었는지 좀 꿉꿉 서늘한 냄새 같은데 좀 있었어요 화장지가 한개만 끼워 있었는데 (완전 새거 아니라) 아침되니 떨어져서 방에 있던 크리넥스 사용 했어요 시트 상태 만족했구요 데스크에 사람이 없긴 했지만 전화하니 바로 연락 받으셔서 안내해주셔서 전 오히려 비대면이 편했어요

체크인-아웃시 리셉션 응대자가 없어서 당황했습니다. 체크인시 담당자와 통화해야 체크인이 되는 시스템입니다. 객실에 비해 외부 주차공간이 적어서 자리났을때 호다닥 주차해야하는 편. 객실자체는 만족합니다. 한라산뷰 예상했는데 시티뷰+호텔 바로앞 호수뷰 기대와는 달라서 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

가성비 최강 풍경호텔

모텔 같은 B급 호텔들이 많이 있는데 이곳은 그렇지 않습니다. 저렴한 가격에 최고이지 않나 싶습니다. 화장실이 어두운 거 빼고는 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 프론트 직원분들도 매우 친절합니다.
