A beautiful hotel

We truly loved the hotel. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night — if I had discovered it earlier, we definitely would’ve stayed longer. The room was very spacious, and I absolutely loved the place. The view was spectacular.

Quiet and comfort area

The hotel room with good view and sited in quiet area. Few restaurants around in walking distance and access to Seongsan Ilchulbong (城山日出峰）in minutes drive.

최악의 숙박시설이었어요 부모님 모시고 제주여행으로 다녀온 성산마리나 호텔 1. 주차시설 만차의 경우 이용가능한 주차장 안내 없음 2. 방 안의 공기순환이 잘 되지 않고 온도가 높은데 에어컨 시설을 난방으로 돌렸다며 사용 불가함 불가마 사우나 하며 밤새 자는 기분 3. 침대 매트리스가 프레임에서 미끄러져서 계속 제자리로 밀어줘야함

성산에서 가성비 좋고 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 광치기해변까지 걸어갈수 있는 거리이며 주변에 다른 여러 호텔들이 모여있어 현지인 맛집도 도보가능 거리입니다. 조요한 분위기에 넓은 실내이며 프론트 직원도 친절합니다. 숙소 뒷쪽에 말들이 있어 평온한 느낌을 줍니다. 조용히 쉬다가기 좋아요.

제주 여행 최악의 실수

리뷰를 전혀 안쓰는 사람인데 고급 호텔이 아니긴 해서 기대할 내용은 아니지만 첫 도착해서 키오스크로 체크인을 하는데 제가 잘 하질 못해서 안내해주는 직원분들이 다른 동급 호텔 대비 애티튜드가 불편한 친근함으로 대해주셔서 상당히 불편했습니다. 겨울철 방문이라 성산일출봉에 가긴 부담스러워서 있다 뷰로써 가성비가 좋은 호텔로 선택을 했습니다만 성급이 높은 호텔이 아니긴 한다지만 직원분들의 복장 역시 여행객인 저희보다 캐주얼한 느낌의 복장이 왜인지 다소 낯설고 불편했습니다. 방에 들어갔는데 들어가자마자 환기가 전혀 되어있지 않고 고기를 구워먹었던 객실인지 기름 냄새가 가득했으며 테이블에는 컵자국이 남아있고 화장실에는 청소를 하지 않았는지 미끄러워 넘어질뻔하고 욕실 바닥엔 바디 용품 미끄러움인지 아니면 곰팡이, 미생물의 미끄러움이 청소가 되지 않은듯 너무 불쾌했습니다. 화장실 실리콘에 곰팡이는 당연하고요. 더불어 침대 시트는 다른 상태들에 비해서는 깨끗한 편이었지만 침대 두개가 붙어 있는 객실에서 같은 사이즈의 침대가 매트리스 퀄리티가 다르고 높이도 다르며 한 침대는 침대가 아니라 간이 소파베드 형식의 저렴한 스프링 재질로 잠자리까지 너무 불편했습니다. 이것은 투베드 방이라기 보다 원베드인 객실에 간이 침대를 엑스트라로 오더한 정도의 수준이었습니다. 해외에서 체류중이라 한국으로 들어와 제주도에 방문하여 첫 숙소이기도 하고 제주 뷰맛집으로 유명하다고 좋은 평을 읽어서 기대를 잔뜩하고 간탓인지 모르겠지만 오히려 뷰라 할것도 없는 혹은 뷰가 좋지 않더라고 그저 냄새가 안나고 청소가 된 객실을 가는편이 낫다는 생각이 들었습니다. 객실내 퍼니싱도 모두 노후되고 스크라치 이염 오염 등 지저분하고 연결 콘센트도 4인이 지내는 방에 화장실쪽 1개 티비 옆 1개 침대 쪽엔 찾을수 없었으며 너무 불편하였습니다.

그럭저럭 솔직한 후기

솔직한 후기 올려봅니다. 4인 가족 패밀리 스위트 1박 이용. 가격이 저렴해서 이용했는데 역시 가격 만큼만 하는 호텔 일단 지하에 편의점 있어서 사용하기 편리 지하주차장이 아니라 주차타워나 외부주차장 이용 날씨 고려하여 사용해야함. 비포장 주차장 캐리어 끌고 이동하기 불편 홈 사이즈는 넓은 편임 위생상태 그럭저럭, 온수방식이 전기 온수기를 장농에 박아놓고 사용하는데 황당 역시나 4인이 한꺼번에 씻기는 불가능 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않아 카운터 문의하니 그제서야 온수통에 온수를 다 사용하면 뜨거운 물이 안나온다고 함. 기다리면 나온다고 함. 기다리는데 뜨거운물이 나오지 않아 다시 카운터에 문의. 결국 빈객실에 키를 주면서 샤워만 하라고 키를 주는 것으로 마무리 전말은 성산 일출봉 전망이라 나름 괜찮음. 조식은 기대가 되지 않아 이용하지 않음. 주변에 치킨집 술집 있어서 이용하기 편리

관리소홀의 아쉬움

옆사람이 조금만 뒤척여도 그대로 느껴지는 더블침대는 힘들었습니다. 최초엔 훌륭하게 지어진 호텔이었음이 느껴지지만 지속적인 관리가 부족하게 느껴져서 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 성산일출봉뷰 하나는 끝내줬습니다!
