Booked Fiesta apartment. Spacious and comforable - better than it looked in the photos albeit needs a deep clean and some repainting. Bedroom bit cramped as has a single as well as a large double bed. Full kitchen. Walk in shower. Information not entirely correct as advertised as having a washer/dryer and was only a washer and no cafe/restaurant on site. Only food option is full buffet breakfast for 22,000 W. Cleaning wasn't great either. Car is essential as 15 min drive out of town and no amenities close by. Property has small pool but didn't use it. Overall reasonable value for money

Had an amazing stay with my family in the ocean terrace room. Huge 3 storey apartment with individual toilets in each room. Ocean view in front and hallasan view at the back. The only negative is there is no elevator to the room. Highly recommended.

The resort is nice n size for the Penthouse is very comfortable for 8 pax. located in a fairly quiet location so you need own transport to access. We have booked the Penthouse and there’s a foot bath n outdoor bath provided but the heaters is unable to provide sufficient hot water for us to enjoy these facilities

UNINHABITABLE

My husband and I had high hopes for a pleasant and comfortable stay when we made this reservation. Regrettably, our experience fell far short of our expectations, and it even posed serious health concerns for my husband, who recently underwent lung surgery. Issues Encountered: Toxic Mold: Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a pungent odor of mold. A closer inspection revealed visible toxic mold in various areas of the room, which was a significant health risk to my husband, given his recent surgery. Hygiene and Cleanliness: The room's cleanliness was unacceptable. Stained and discolored sheets, along with fur and hair on the bed and floors, indicated a lack of proper cleaning. Misleading Descriptions: The room bore little resemblance to the description and photos provided on the booking platform. The online images painted a far more appealing picture than the actual, poorly maintained room we encountered. In light of these issues, we were left with no choice but to leave the accommodation after just one night, prioritizing my husband's health and well-being, as well as the heath and well-being of our two young children. While we understand that our reservation was initially non-refundable, the circumstances were beyond our control, and staying in the room was not an option.

I really liked the front desk lady who assisted us with checkout; last night we arrived pretty late past 8pm, which was coordinated by younger staff who were seem to be either new or part timer during night shift and they were more like AI robot without experienced hospitality manners.

The apartment is very old. You can see yellow stains in the washroom. The towels and pillow cases have holes in it. Though there is a kitchen but you are not allowed to cook any meat. So basically vegetarian only. Also there is no dryer so you need to hang your clothing to dry.
