너무 더러워요 가구등에 먼지가 그대로 앉아있고 침구도 부분적으로 헤지거나 튿어졌어요. 그리고 소음이 심합니다. 옆방에 시끄러운 분들이 있어 전달 드려도 딱히 제재를 가하거나 하는 것은 없었고 그냥 3시까지 깨어 있었어요.

처음이자 마지막 숙박

청결도가 많이 떨어져요 화장실은 무슨 일본인줄.. 그렇게 작은 세면대는 난생 처음봤어요. 청소상태도 별로고 이불과 가운에서는 락스냄새가 많이나요. 모텔인줄 알았습니다. 가성비 호텔로 좋다길래 궁금해서 숙박해봤는데 이제 올일 없을거같아요. 역시 호텔은 네임드가 중요하다는거 깨닫고 갑니다.

후기에 화장실이 좁다는 얘기가 많아서 감안하고 갔는데 변기 있는 부분이 생각보다 더 좁았어요ㅎㅎ 여성분들은 어느정도 괜찮을텐데 남성분들은 사용하기 좀 불편할것같아요.

할말은 많지만

세월의 흔적이 너무 느껴지고 화장실은 정말... 말도안되는 구조로 되어있네요. 싼게 비지떡이라는 말이 ㅠㅠ 맞아요. 그냥 몇만원 더주고 룸을 업그레이드 하든 다른 호텔을 가는게 좋을듯 합니다

청결하고 조용하고 쉬고 가기 좋았습니다. 근처 여의도공원이 있어서 산책하기 좋은데 밥을 먹을데가 별로 없어서 여의도역쪽으로 가야하는게 조금 아쉽습니다.

가성비 좋은 호텔. 출장 중 이용했는데 코인빨래가 있어서 편리했어요. 하지만 화장실이 너무 좁고(특히 세면대 너무 작음) 살짝 냄새가 올라왔어요. 화장실을 제외하면 다른 부분은 좋았어요. 직원분들도 친절했어요.

화장실 보수가 시급합니다.

출장으로 이용한 숙박입니다. 나름 한적한 곳이었고 매우 조용했습니다. 시설은 화장실이 실망입니다. 매우 좁아서 불편했어요. 세면대가 정말 작아요.. 변기는 벽쪽에 너무 붙어있어서 큰일보기가 힘들정도.. 티비도 넘작고요... 다른 시설들은 대체적으로 괜찮았습니다.

세면대가 너무 작고 세면대와 변기가 너무 붙어있고 변기가 그와중에 벽에 밀착돼있어요 그리고 너무 더워서 겨울인데도 에어컨을 켰다껐다를 반복했어요ㅠ

좋은 위치, 아쉬운 구조와 시설 관리

나름 브랜드룰 가진 호텔 체인인데 인프라에 비해서 관리가 제대로 이뤄지지 않아 아쉬웠습니다. 특히 화장실(욕실)이 방에 비해 지나치게 작고 세면대가 기울어져 있는데 그냥 수리하지 않고 사용하고 있는 부분과 변기의 위치가 벽에 붙어 있어 용변을 보기에도 매우 불편하였습니다. 전체적인 면에서는 크게 나쁘진 않았지만 좀 더 좋은 시설로 발전하려면 가진 예산을 기존 설비의 점검과 유지 관리에 사용하시는게 좋을 것 같네요

Very disappointing. I knew it was a very slow week for hotels in the area because it was a korean holiday but still they gave me a view of another building’s window (deluxe room). My primary residence for my vacation was in Busan and I just needed a place to sleep in Seoul for five nights to visit family and friends. Thus the reason I chose this place. Location was okay with some peace and quiet. Lobby with well educated staff and coffee shop attached. One elevator was used for basement renovation but who knew.. until you walk into the elevator. Alas, the room... I walked in and I couldn’t find the difference between a 2 star hotel or a 1 star motel... There was dust on the walls, behind the tv, shower head was molded, washroom walls with water marks leftover from previous guest... and yes it is as they all say... the washroom is very small... you sit on the toilet and the hand sink is right over your knees... I asked for a cancellation as soon as I saw the room. With covid19 hotels should be flexible with last minute cancellations... but nope I got only 2 nights cancelled out of the 5 and they were saying it was an exception during the holidays because Expedia Korea was also on holiday. But I booked from Expedia Canada and as a person who comes from the hospitality industry, cancellation should be more flexible especially for long term reservation. Although I had 3 nights left in this “hotel” I booked a new reservation at a named brand hotel and I was overly satisfied.
