The apartment was clean and new, in an easy location for public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cafe on the ground floor was great too. Would recommend staying here.

Staff was very friendly and attentative. They were personable and remembered us when we were walking by and greeted us asking if everything was ok. The room was very clean and convenient with things that were needed. I stayed with kids and it was safe and everything was within walkable distance.

super clean property installed with new appliances, its just as how they show in the pictures! theres a convenience store just opposite the property and its generally situated in an accessible location with lots to do around.

This property is amazing. I gave it 4 stars for condition only because of construction....in a good way. They are renovating and lobby. It was just the smell that bothered. There was no noise in the evening. However, knowing their efficiency, that should be done by now. As for the room, plenty of room for 3 people including luggages. We got a loft. The bathroom is on the main floor and the stairs are very steep and hardwood, could be slippery. If you need to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, its an accident waiting to happen. It would be best to choose a different type of room.

I have stayed at this hotel for two nights with children. The hotel appeared brand new with modern appliances, including a garment steam closet!!! The heated floors were super nice. The room is set up like a little apartment with lots of storage. My kids loved the 2nd floor loft space with beds. The ceiling there is lower than average adult height but with a mental note to self no heads were bumped. The staircase may be steep for some people but was fun for kids. The beds and linens were super comfortable and also appeared crispy new. Instead of a room key, there is an electronic lock with a code. There is a balcony with locking dual pane doors which is nice to let the fresh air in. Convenient location with food options, 2 Starbucks and 2 Olive Young stores within 5 minutes.

The flat is very new and so are the appliances inside. But the actually space separated in two floors are way smaller and cramped than it looked in the pictures. I have hard time opening both luggages because the space is so small. When I checked into the room, apparently they forgot a lot of things like hangers, water boiler, etc. there is also very little amenities and utensils. There was used sanitary products not disposed in the washroom which was quite appalling The best part is the location as it is very convenient and you can get a lot of things without walking more than 10 mins. The lobby does not look like professional hotel Location

Unclean in some areas but generally cramped and claustrophobic. The room was facing another building, was exceptionally small. I feel misled. A suitcase is enough to block the walkway and there is about 4m from door to wall. There was zero natural light. In terms of cleanliness, although generally clean, the carpet was sticky, the couch was stained and there were marks on the linen. I think there is better value and comfort to be had in a regular hotel.

Service and location were nice but the photos and influencer marketing made this place wayyy cooler than it actually was. it strived for all the big things to lure guests in but at the end of the day missed very practical things like usb outlets to charge phones or coffee mugs. They also dont do housekeeping unless you explicitly ask every day. The space and arrangement of furniture in the standard room was not super confortable for two guests. yoo crowded with no easy place to store items. Would be better for one person perhaps.

The hotel was undergoing some kind of renovation during our stay, so the entire front of the hotel on the first floor was behind construction. The check-in area was in a room after entering the first floor. I guess that the building wasn't originally a hotel, but an officetel that they were converting to a hotel. The rooms were very nice, but definitely felt like an officetel. Personally, I liked how they had a lot of drawers and cabinet space and used the space very economically. I think it would be good to live there (like an officetel) but I'm not so sure about a hotel, since you don't really need all of that space behind drawers and cabinets. The area is near Gangnam Metro Station, so that's cool, but it's in the direction of Yeoksam Metro Station, which is more office buildings and residential buildings. Also, the area around the hotel smelled really bad of sewage while we were there. The building inside on the first floor also had the same bad smell - I assume it is related, but not sure. In conclusion, I felt that the entire package for the price I paid (around $164 a night total) was just average.

멀리 이사간 아이친구맘과 1박 즐거운 시간 보냈습니다. 일단 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 아직 2층에 공사를 하고있어서 공사 소음이 조금 있었습니다만 큰길에서 한블럭 안쪽이어서 그런지 매우 조용했어요. 아침에 1층 커피숍에서 커피도 매우 맛있었구요. 중요한 물건을(아이 성장주사) 냉장고에 두고나와서 헐레벌떡 갔는데 잘 챙겨두어 주셨어요. 재방문 의사 완전 있습니다.

トイレットペーパーのストックがなく、備え付けられた分のみでした。ホームページでは、ベランダにテーブルと椅子が設置してあるようになっていたが、実際はなかった。部屋にクリーニングの機械があり、食事後の衣服の匂いを取ることが出来て、非常に良かった。
