「Pros - very close to the airport and free shuttle every hour - decent size swimming pool - restaurant food is ok but portion may be too small for some Cons - the shower design is problematic - the bathroom floor was flooded after use 」

「the buffet breakfast were not tasty. the shower water flew very slowly in the room . the room was old and not clean. the room was noisy at night, one of the reasons was that the fridge in the room was old so it made high noise. The beach and swimming pools were good, the overall interior of the hotel (including the outdoor parts) were good and beautiful. They invited us for a complimentary afternoon tea in their cafe but they only gave us very bad-conditioned and not tasty pastry. 」

「The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. 」

「The room and bed are comfortable. The hotel amenities are old. The bath towels in my room, though clean, are as old as you can imagine (threads coming off the towels and becoming grey in color. Even the white mat in the bathroom is newer). There is no hair conditioner in the shower, a bit below my expectations for a 5-star hotel standard. My hair is dry as Sahara desert after washing.」
