"Everything was excellent at this hotel. My only complaint was the carpet was a bit dirty in our room. A bit "tired" and in need of replacement. Otherwise a wonderful hotel with an great location."

"Great location at walking distance of central museums and shops. Excellent breakfast and competent employees at the front desk. A jewel of Old Europe. Highly recommend, also at 2 blocks distance of great restaurants. The dinner at the hotel is also excellent. A winner all around. "

"From the moment we arrived to the hotel we were greeted with smiles and attentiveness. The bar staff, Jennifer and Mercedes were exceptional!!! The room was clean and felt very upgraded. Bathroom was so clean it felt like I'm using my home bathroom. Coffee and food for breakfast was delicious. I can't say more great thing about this property and the staff. Close to all the attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood. Next time I'm in Vienna, I am coming back to the same hotel. Hotel staff, if you are reading this, thank you!"

"Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Entrance is bit awkward and hard to find. You can trade no housekeeping for drink vouchers at the bar. Room had dust bunnies above bed along with a spider. Bathroom area is black paint and you can see white splash spots along the wall. Shower only has one curtain for privacy, the other is fully exposed. Walls and windows are thin. You can hear everything, bring earplugs. "

"The location is excellent. It sits on a quiet cobblestone street, but you can walk to the MuseumsQuartier in under five minutes. The neighborhood has nice local cafes and feels less crowded than the main tourist areas. The room was clean and comfortable, but the noise from the tram could be heard in the night. The bed was good, and the bathroom had a nice shower with great water pressure. The staff members were really nice and helpful. This is a comfortable, well-located place to stay for a weekend in Vienna. Would happily stay here again."
