“My flight arrived very late, it was almost midnight when I arrived at the hotel. the front desk staff is very friendly. Checked me in very quickly. The room was incredibly clean and classy. The bed has a sun-kissed feel and is very warm and comfortable. This is definitely the most comfortable and cleanest hotel and room I have ever stayed in in India.”

“Check in was very simple, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great! Great location near the airport. I stayed here twice on my first and last nights in India and am very glad I picked this place. It's in an area that is not very walkable but it is easy to find transportation from the hotel. Also loved the coffee and tea machine in the lobby! ”

“Overall the property was good. Communication was a bit lacking as we weren't informed of a party of building residents that played loud music or the fact that they do not have a 24 hour desk person to reach. Extra toilet paper wasn't provided as well which I'm sure they would have provided if asked but you shouldn't need to tbh. Hot water was an on and off situation. Overall my stay was a short one and I picked the property for its pet friendliness and distance to the airport.”

“The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night. Never buy or order food from the ( Azwan ? )restaurant menu card in the room, the food was horrible, I personally……
