Pictures online do not represent what the actually property looks like on the outside and the inside. Totally different set-up. Yes same rental property but description and photos don’t match. Very different setup on the outside, everything is different. Inside is also very different but better. Upon arrival I wanted to go to the game house. Online description says keys are on the hook. Their is no hook. Messaged the property manager and they said the same as the description. On the hook. Thier isn’t a hook and they were in the kitchen drawer the whole time. It just rubs me the wrong way, when you rent a vacation spot and what I paid for is something other than what I was expecting. Also no Xbox on the property, my kids were looking forward to that. When I arrive I wanted to relax. Not spend time messaging where things were. Xbox is clearly in listing and in the photos. Also I have zero idea why only 2 garbage bags were provided and 1 roll of paper towels. It was a 4 night stay. Just wanted a better experience and a description/photos that was accurate. Upstairs bedroom has a single bed listed in photos but it clearly has bunk beds. Both bedrooms in listing have a fireplace, neither have a fireplace. Also the carpet mat upstairs was very weird, hairs coming off of it and it appeared that it might have been filthy. To be honest I want my money back, nothing was accurate to the photos listed. Very confused why a listing has this many photos but half of them are pure lie's!
